MUDSLIDE: Jigger (15ml's) Bailey's, Kahlua, and Vodka some good quality chocolate sauce, I use Pure Chocolate Sauce by Chocolatier and 1 large scoop of creamy vanilla icecream....light fluffy icecream works best. Place everything in a blender and blend for around 30 seconds till just combined....mixture will be very thick, almost thick shake consistency. Pour into a glass and squirt on some fresh cream, dust with chocolate and serve with a drinking straw.
