Mallow Milkshake

Ingredients:

250ml (1 cup) of ice cold milk

4 marshmallows

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons finely grated dark chocolate (Haighs)

3 teaspoons good quality drinking chocolate (Alpine blend) for dusting

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on the highest speed for 3 minutes.

2. Pour into a tumbler and dust lightly with the drinking chocolate and enjoy.
