Liqueur Lipsmacker

 

Ingredients:

2 1/2 tablespoons Cointreau

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons good quality dark chocolate (Haighs), finely grated

3 ice-cubes

Strawberries dipped in choclate for decoration

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into an electric blender and blend on high setting for 1 minute.

  2. Pour the liquid into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Decorate the side of the glass with a choc dipped strawberry.
