Flaming Lamborghini: 22ml Kahlua, 22ml Cointreau, 22ml Sambuca and cold fresh cream.
(Note: the above ingredients are only enough for one cocktail).4 - 6 Tall Dutch Cordial Glasses (or large shot glasses). Heat and build your drinks and garnish with grated chocolate.
Method: Warm alcoholic ingredients in a stainless stell saucepan. Be sure to simmer flame to avoid scorching the Kahlua. Stand the glasses in a row and allow flame to burn for 10 - 15 seconds. Pour cold cream into a spoon and float onto the cocktail to extinguish the flame.
