I think this is the part where I stand up and tell you about my next addiction *deep breath*.....
Hi, I'm Andrea and I'm a Gymaholic the correct term would probably be "gym junkie". I first started going to the gym 5 years ago, a new all female gym had opened near me and I thought I would give it a go. I'm one of the foundation members and am proud to say I still go 5 days a week and do a total of 7 classes. I also love to walk and I get out most lunchtimes and walk for around 35 - 40 mins.
Below is a list of classes that are available, but my favourites are Body Pump and Body Combat. I do Body pump 4 times a week and Body combat 3 times a week....I would have to say they are both very stimulating classes and each one on average burns in excess of 450 calories (Hmmmmm how much chocolate does that equate to??).
Class Descriptions
