Choc Choc Choc-Tail

 

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Creme de Cacao

1 tablespoon good quality drinking chocolate (Alpine blend)

3 ice-cubes

200ml thickened cream

2 tablespoons good quality dark chocolate (Haighs), grated

1 tablespoon good quality dark chocolate, shaved for decoration

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into an electric blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.

  2. Pour into a cold cocktail glass and sprinkle the top of the drink with the dark chocolate shavings.
