The first time it rained in Tokyo since we arrived. Heard from the news that the cherry blossoms started to bloom. I was very tempted to go to Asakusa but the boys were not keen. They wanted more shopping. So we headed for Shinjuku and were just intimidated by the huge station and did not know which exit to go. We ended up at Takashimaya & bought some toys.

Then we headed back to the familiar Tobu for lunch and more shopping. We walked around a square or town park next to the Ikebukuro station before we boarded the limousine bus for Narita.

It's been an enjoyable holiday and I must say that there is still much to see here. We'll be back again.
