Our Tokyo Trip 2002
After a hearty breakfast of buns, sofboiled eggs and hot milk tea, we set off for Disney Sea. With the directions given by the hotel staff, we took the Yurokucho line train to Shinkiba and boarded another train to Maihama.
Disney Sea is quite a distance from the Maihama station and we had to take the Disney Resort line, a monorail system to Disney Sea. The train had Mickey mouse-head-haped windows, quite cute.

in the backgroundDisney Sea was too crowded to be pleasant. Queues were long, especially for those popular rides. We managed to cover some of the attractions such as: The Whirpool, Flounder's Fish Coaster, Fortress Explorations, Indiana Jones & the Temple of Crystal Skull, the river boat rides and the mini rides shuttling between Cape Cod and Mediterranean Harbour. We had Sea-salt ice cream in Clam shell containers, Cod fillet and Cheese burger for dinner, yummy. The ice-cream was actually salty but nice. We love having ice-cream in cold weather. It's shiok (a Singapore term for extremely satisfying).
