Hello AGAIN everyone !

Well, I went today to get my wig fitted, and to get my hair cut off.   They shaved it very close to my head - kind of like when Damon gets a flat top. . . . it's about as sort as the 'ol military cuts.   That way, as it continues to fall out, it's the little bitty pieces falling out - not pony tail type hunks of hair like it was last night.

My wig does look exactly like I was planning on wearing it once it finally grew out. . . . so I have the "instant" hair style that I have been working towards for the past several months.  That's kind of neat.

Now, if only the under-arm and leg hair would stop growing!   I mean, if I'm going to go through this, I might as well get
some kind of benefit!

Philip has already called me a "hooligan" since I'm wearing my bandana hat, and has asked if he can rub my head each morning for good luck.  HA HA . . . he's so funny! (at least
he thinks he is)

I'm OK with everything . . . I'm just finding already that I'm going to have to get used to having something on my head, whether it's a wig or a hat - it's just weird having something on my head all the time.

That's it for today's update . . . . . we'll see everyone this weekend at church, and we'll post more later as things progress.  The next chemo treatment isn't until 10/29, so we might not post until then unless something major happens.   There's just not much else to say!

TTYL!
CHRISTY
