| Chi Sigma Phi was founded by four ladies: Ms Linda Ko, Ms Trinh Nguyen, Ms Monique Dao, and Ms Ami Chen on March 27th, 2000 at California State University Fullerton. These four ladies aimed to create a Sorority with the following goals: |

| Within two years the Sisters of Chi Sigma Phi have become well known within the Asian Greek system. The Sisters have networked with organizations throughout Southern California not only to meet new friends, but also to work together in serving the community. | |||||||||||
| Chi Sigma Phi is part of the founding chapter of the Multi Cultural Greek Council at Cal State Fullerton, helping all local cultural Greeks get their names out in the community. | |||||||||||
| Chi Sigma Phi welcomes all girls from Southern California enrolled in any accredited undergraduate program. | |||||||||||
