Why? Many practices have procedures that they have either outgrown, or haven't implemented fully due to poor staff training. Usually, implementation is done in between patients --without any formal explanation or proper training.

Having someone from outside the practice, come in and evaluate the practice, procedures and staff interaction is a great way to find the blocks or time-wasters that aren't glaringly apparent.

Over my 15 year involvement with Chiropractic, I have become acquainted with several Chiropractic management systems and this allows me to suggest several procedural  solutions for the office. It is the DC's choice which procedures to begin working with depending on their practice needs and goals.

As a partner in building a practice from 50 - 600/week, and being the only full-time staff person, I am very knowledgeable and aware of the many important and mundane details that go into creating a successful practice.
