We are proud to announce the completion of volume I of the Sonic Nouveau Chicago series. This CD contains over ninety bass and drum samples. The objective in creating this music was to develop quality bass and drum grooves, which are distinct and fresh, while at the same time, redefining the American sound with the new Chicago flavor.

The formula and theory behind the aforementioned grooves are proprietary, but one listen will shed much insight into the artist's thought processes while mentally and rhythmically stimulating the listener.

There are many products of similar nature on the market, although, many fall short of the mark, in terms of originality, creativity and quality. In fact, the aforementioned samples commonly are three to four seconds of rhythm fragments, which often are redundant with a sound effect-like morphology. To the contrary, our samples are quality foundations for creative construction and musical expression. Please note, the examples herein are not complete facsimiles of the actual samples.
