The place is a private room at Timothy O'Toole's,
a nice pub and restaurant 2 blocks west of the hotel.

Walk downstairs. They will check picture ID's.
If you are under 21 you will NOT be allowed in,
UNLESS your name is on their list.*
You will then be escorted to our private room.

Check in of PRE-PAID** attendees inside our private room.
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (or so)
Dinner in our private room,
individually paid
and ordered from the menu.
You may eat there or not, your choice.
There will be a cash bar for the duration of the evening.

The cash bar will continue to be open.
Depending on how much we have to see and ask, the evening my continue with the use of some fun things in the room: An open pool table, no charge! Dart board! Juke box music! And of course, more pup chatter than you can shake a gabwacker at!
After 11:00 pm anyone who wants to can continue the evening in the main portion of the bar, walk back to the hotel, or take a late evening stroll on Michigan Avenue!
PARKING:
They offer discounted, secured and inside parking at the
Ontario Courtesy Park,
one block east of O'Toole's on Ontario St.
We'll have validation tickets.
LEGAL STUFF:
* Under 21 list: If you are under 21 you must send an email to Marina at: [email protected] giving your age and full name as it appears on your photo ID. It must be received by Marina no later then Monday, Sept. 11th. The list will be typed up and given to the bar manager on Tuesday, Sept. 12th. If your name is NOT on that list, the bar will NOT allow you to go in.

However, we will allow last minute additions at the door, for $20 cash.
Your name will be hand written onto a ticket/badge. There may not be enough party favors and door prizes if more than 6 people pay at the door. So, first come, first served.
