Here lies before your ever so innocent minds files essential for your enjoyment and wonderful voyaging all around the digital world. This would also provide a peaceful coexistence between you chosen navigators and your very own pc. I know you'll probably thank me for these great collection of files but I tell you, if your computer could actually talk for itself, it would thank me more than you'll ever know. Of course it would definitely help your cause and mine as well if you don't just go wondering and popping in this section and downloading any file of your choice without any background about it. Since I am a step ahead (as always), I know that somewhere out there, a living thing which just barely passed even the homo sapiens classification of man, would still push their luck. They'd risk their very hard disk drives, using it like a scratch paper and proceed to the very unorthodox and abysmally foolish way of trial and error til they finally figure out what they have downloaded. It's such a pity that we most of us were blessed to be born a human being but only an exceptional few of us have the ability to harness unlimited knowledge and comprehend them without any ounce of effort at all. Anyway, these files I have so humbly shared with you beings are to be used to your own thrill and outburst of enjoyment and of any feelings you feel like using them. So come on, grab that mouse and click away!...(--,)...
Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone
*** Sorcerer's Stone to me, Philosopher's Stone to you maybe or for others...any other way, they are the same book so there's really no point in arguing about it. This is the very first installment of Harry Potter's seven thrilling adventures at Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft & Wizardry. This zipped file you are so eagerly about to download by the way is an electronic book...e-book for short. To be able to read this file, you need to download a gameboy advance emulator, crazy as it may sound to be (knowing what in the world a book could have in relation with emulation). I prefer you download the one I have in the Emu section since it's the one I use, which is of course, without a shadow of a doubt, the best of them all (the way on how to use the emulator and load the rom is provided already by the Emu section itself). ***
Harry Potter & The Chamber Of Secrets
*** The sequel to the best seller
Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone,
Harry Potter & The Chamber Of Secrets promises to be more scintillating and exciting than the first. This file is another e-book so it requires you to have a gameboy advance emulator. Just like the first Harry Potter e-book, this file does not need extracting anymore for the emulator already provided in the Emu section supports roms in zipped forms. ***
Harry Potter & The Prisoner Of Azkaban
*** The third of seven books,
Harry Potter & The Prisoner Of Azkaban is rather unique so far among the five books which are already out. How so? Read on and see for yourselves. Again this is another e-book. ***
Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire
*** This book had some controversy before its release. It had another name before being officially named
The Goblet Of Fire at the last minute. This book is obviously thicker than any of the first three books, having about seven hundred plus pages. Of course you wouldn't notice it here because this is another e-book. I suggest you read this book thoroughly, especially those which may look like a bunch of nonsense to you. They will really come in handy for this next one...brace yourselves muggles...***
Harry Potter & Order Of The Phoenix
*** This is no shit...this is the real stuff...as real as it can get and unlike the first four books available for you to download here in this section, this one's a document so no need for emulators and stuffs. The only thing you will need here is your Microsoft Word or if worse comes to worse, Notepad or Wordpad willl do. The most awaited piece of literature (and what a magnificent one it really is) and the fastest selling book ever in mankind's history, which was already sold out months or maybe even a year before we mere muggles and wizards alike could have bestowed our eyes upon its very cover...so without further ado, here before your lucky pair of eyes (which are probably drooling already) and just a click away, lies the best of them all so far to date...
Harry Potter & The Order Of The Phoenix.***
The Lord Of The Rings
*** No, this is not the partial title of the sixth book in the Harry Potter series. This is a book written by Tolkien and not Rowling and yes, it's also an e-book. Like the first two books of the later, this one has already been made into a movie, and what a success it was. The movie boasts of dazzling effects never before seen or even tried. Sad to say, this is just the book from where it was based on so go ahead and have a look which is better...is it the movie or the book? ***
The Hobbit
*** This is the prequel of the much hyped
The Lord Of The Rings. I don't know much about this so you better ask or consult any Tolkien fanatics about this one here. Anyway, I wouldn't put it here in the first place if it wasn't worth the download. I bet they'll make a movie out of this too. Again, this is also an e-book. ***
Gameboy Advance Bios
*** This file is required for some games that wouldn't run correctly or, in the case of Zoids - Cyber Drive, won't run at all. You will need to unzip it using Winzip and do try to know where you extracted the file okay to avoid further complications. If you are using the best gba emulator around (which is Visual Boy Advance by the way for newbies out there), go to "Options", then "Emulator" and "Select Bios file". Choose the file "gba.bios" you just extracted. Then go to "Options","Emulator" and click "Use Bios file". After this, go and open the rom of your desire and it should run more correctly than before. ***
Playstation Emulator Bios
*** These are the bios files i was mentioning to you in the Emu section. Now, there's no need to wander around and "google" your way to each and every site. It's right here already. These bios may also run in other playstation emulators but i prefer you use it on Epsxe. If you're using Connectix Virtual Game Station already, there's no need for you to download this file. This is in zipped form by the way so I suggest you download Winzip or Winrar (I prefer Winzip). Place the extracted files to the "bios" folder of the folder where your emulator is. For example, if your Epsxe is on drive C like "C:/Epsxe", then make a folder "C:/Epsxe/Bios" and put the files inside this folder. It is useless to extract it in any other folder, got it? ***
Playstation Emulator Plugins
*** Needed files for playstation emulators (particularly Epsxe). You need to place the extracted files also in a certain folder. Example, if your Epsxe is on drive C like "C:/Epsxe", then make a folder "C:/Epsxe/Plugins" and put the files inside this folder. If my memory serves me right, it automatically creates these folders (and also some others) the moment you execute the Epsxe application file. ***
Save Them Goldfish
*** This is a brutally crafted Flash game about saving as many goldfishes being practically thrown sadistically by your neighbor to a frying pan to get cooked (of course their main objective is to kill them) as you can by putting them back in the aquarium. Though some may find it humorous, animal lovers and protectors need not be alarmed because not a single goldfish was reportedly harmed in the making of this cruelly designed game. You will need Winzip to extract the file. No need for an emulator. ***
The Amazing Dare Dozen
*** Why such a title for a game? The "dozen" mentioned there are actually a dozen eggs (12 eggs for you less fortunate ones who as of now has not yet reached the comprehension level to understand the meaning of "dozen"). The goal of the game is to reach the top most basket (or what looks like it) by throwing them eggs upward with a click of your mouse. You have twelve lives (eggs) to spare and you are timed on how long it takes you to finish (if ever you can) the game. ***
Hangaroo
*** Remember the
Hangman game? It is a game where you have to guess what some couple of words are under a certain topic of interest by picking out one letter of the alphabet at a time and at the same time, trying to avoid choosing letters not needed for the given word to be solved so as not to prompt the computer to draw and finish his sketch of a hanged man. Once the drawing is finished, the game is over. This flash game however, is more animated and hilarious than that or shall we say it's quite like the upgraded version of
Hangman. It features a kangaroo, instead of a stick model of a man, having a rope tied to its neck and the only way to set it free is to answer your way to ten randomly selected questions from a variety of topics. The irritating yet comic voice of the kangaroo comes in from time to time to insult you when you pick out a letter not needed for the given item and to salute you for answering correctly and choosing the right letter/s. ***
Blobs
*** The only thing I can say about this game is that they're full of blobs. The rules are quite impossible to explain here so just check it out for yourselves when you download it. Don't worry, it is not as hard to understand as I may seem to be projecting it to be. Wondering what are blobs? The blobs I'm trying to tell you looks like a bunch of
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle heads. The name of the game might sound like it's for the dumb but this little flash game may yet bring out that antique, sleeping carcass you have there stuck inside your head called a brain.
Blobs certainly would leave your brain helpless especially on the later stages of the game. ***
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Philippine Edition
*** Yes, it is the Christopher De Leon version of
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. The only thing is his voice is not particularly embedded in this game but hey, all the questions, the lifelines and the ranges (in terms of peso/s) separating each item is just like what you see on the television set. If you, by any chance, happen to be a spectacularly ignorant git or just a loyalist oldies, please do refer to other more abled ones who have the common knowledge on how the game is played. ***
Whip The Worker
*** Over the years, scientists, doctors and researchers alike have been trying to device a way to fight or lessen the occurrence of stress among us people and it comes in many forms...oh so many forms indeed...such as medicine, therapy, reading a book, exercising, eating (for some) and yes, even computer programs. This flash program was officially designed as a stress reliever for employees and elites alike but due to its extremely effective results, some of them may have been generous enough to "spread the Good Word", therefore making this ever so useful program accessible to all of us. It may feature an obscene amount of violence but I really believe it's the best stress reliever there is in the planet right now. See for yourselves. ***
Winace
*** This is almost self-explanatory if you know how to use
Winzip. It works the same way but with different results and some other added features. You can verify it for yourselves. Try zipping a file using
Winzip compared to zipping that same file with
Winace. The trick to be able to combine partial files is to extract them and put them all in one folder. Changing the name of the extracted files should be avoided for less confusion. Then you proceed to open this program and browse your way to the folder containing your partial extracted files. You will then see there a file with a *.ace format. That file is what you need to click to produce the whole file. Click extract on it and it should work out fine provided you have followed my other instructions. For further clarification, just read the readme text file or help file of the program ***
