James Edward Schram
Recitation of the Rosary for James Edward Schram will be at 2 p.m. Sunday. Dec. 10, 1995, in Hennessey, Goetsch & McGee Mortuary.
A funeral Mass will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 11, in Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Oswego, where he was a member.
Mr. Schram died Dec. 6 of cancer at age 71.
He was born Sept. 21, 1924, in Portland. He graduated from Washington School and Oregon State University.
Mr. Schram joined his father in the Parker-Schram Co. He then formed the partnership of Amerada-Schram Insurance Agency and later the James E. Schram Co.
He married Margaret J. Boyle in 1949.
Mr. Schram served on the board of the Waverly Country Club, William Temple House, Christie School, Catholic Charities and St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Survivors include his wife; son, Michael J. of Kalama, Wash.; daughter, Patricia of Los Gatos, Calif.; brother, Robert A. of Portland; and one grandchild.
Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
The family suggests remembrances to William Temple House of St. Vincent Hospital Hospice.
