Julie's Spot For Relaxation

You might wonder why I call my homepage my "Peaceful Spot" or where I came up with that phrase. Well, it all started at a camp I attended several years ago. My roommate, friend, and I were walking around the beautiful St. Olaf College campus that summer, and amidst all the large stone buildings, there was a grassy area with trees overhead, a park bench, and the perfect breeze. It was here that the three of us congregated day after day, just to relax and enjoy the scenery. We read, wrote letters, listened to music, or just sat and enjoyed ourselves. It was our "peaceful spot," and since then, I am always looking to find such a place. My hope is that my website is a place for you to just relax and enjoy yourself.

The photo that all my backgrounds are taken from (save those in the Musical Theatre section) is a photo I took while in the beautiful region of Charlevoix in Quebec. The area up there is SO beautiful, so if you ever get a chance, go somewhere like that, full of beauty and silence (but be sure to bring your bug spray!!).Anyhow, relax and enjoy yourself as you peruse my page...
