This was the first project completed by Girl Scouts. Their project consisted of research to determine the best plantings available to create attractive habitats for song & hummingbirds and butterflies and the construction of the meadow. An as-built plan showing the actual plantings used was prepared including their common, and latin names, and the types of bird species most likely to be attracted. |
