| Our show is over for the year and it was a good one. Hank Mossman thanked all his help at the door, security, entrys and display, door prizes there are too many to name but you all know what you did to make the show a success. Hank did make a request for a nice ballot box to be made before next years show. Also he asked for a gift card for $50 for Al Lilgreen for his work and donations of wood it was seconded by Bob Corczyca, Sam Wilson made a motion to give him $100 instead it was seconded by Earl Millett. A motion was made to give Hank a gift cartificate for $50 for all the work he does for the show, it was seconded by Bob Corczyca. Many ribbons were given during the show we had 263 entries, 48 in the novice, 156 in the open, 31 in expert and 26 in master. There were 18 carvings with 40 points and many with the points for a blue ribbon that got red or white. There was great competition this year. Also I had great help setting up the display tables and policing people reaching over the ropes. Ribbons and winners names were displayed and posted as soon as Dr. Steve Schoolar was done with a group because of the help I had. Also I want to thank everyone that came to help with getting the carvings back to the right people, you were all great. Also our Auction was help last Tuesday, to raise money for Park Place for the use of their hall, a Thank You card with a gift certificate was given to the auctioneer from the club for his work. We made $405.50 on the auction, a meeting of the officers was held and it was decided to give money from our treasury to even the total up to $600. Thank you to all the people that donated items for the auction, we couldn�t do it with out you. Our next meeting will be for election of officers be thinking what job you would like to have.
