Hank may still be looking for carvings to display at the library before the show, you could check with him. He will display some carvings with ribbons after the show.
Bob Gangnon is collecting the small carvings for door prizes. We should all try to get some carved. Please finish them before giving them to him.
We need to know which parks want to display on a park table so check with your park carving groups and get back to Hank. Also there will be no selling from the park tables.
Remember this show works as well as it does with volunteers so if you haven't been asked to do something to help see Hank. There may still be openings to be filled.
Early registration helps us all save time on show day so try to get those entries registered early. See LeRoy Venn when at Park Place.
Set up time on February 11 starts about 6:30 Register carvings from 7:00 to 8:30. The show is open from 9:00 until 4:00 both days. On February 12 the entries can be picked up at 4:00.
The auction also is the week after our show and we will be needing donations for that. Help us to have a good auction this year with your donations. To be held on February 22.
We have about 75 members so far this year and by the sound of tuesday mornings we sure have fun and get a lot of carving done too.
