Here we go again! The radio station Froggy 103 in conjunction with a Pet Store in Paducah, KY (Petland) is giving away a Shih-Tzu puppy April 8th.

All a person has to do is be the tenth caller to the station when they hear the barking dog and they get a key. On the 8th the one who has the key that unlocks the doghouse gets the puppy! I don't have to tell you all how appalling this is!

The idea of first supporting a pet store and giving this pup away to just anyone without any kind of checks. Putting a living, breathing creature in the same category as CDs, concert tickets and stuffed toys!
