1) Please send us via e-mail with your name, email address, contact number, product code, colour and quantities.
> We allow bank transfer Posbank/DBS, UOB and OCBC. Items will only be send upon receipt of payment.
> As each of the pieces is hand sewed and thus unique, sometimes the promising date line may not be accurate. We will contact you through e-mail or phone when necessary. But we will still try to keep to our date line.
> The colour of the products may also vary slightly different from that observed in the scanned pictures.
> We will call and arrange a pick up area to pick up your purchase item(s), within 3 days from your order date. There shall be no charge.
> If you would want us to delivery to your door step, a flat delivery fee of S$6.00 will be charged for each delivery make in the SAME delivery trip on Singapore island regardless of the size or total number of items sent to the Same address. International order are welcome but the usual international postal charges including parcel costs apply in place of the local delivery charges. > Each item will be pack in a clear packing bag. If you would want us to wrap as a gift, do indicate in your email.
