temporary inoculations. The Customer has the health Guaranteed Extending to 48 Hours in which to have the Puppy checked by a Licensed Veterinarian and urged to do so.. Pups being shiped will have Health certificate . IF Veterinarian finds any thing seriouly (life threating) wrong with puppy it will be exchanged for another puppy of Equal value of customer's choice first available. Should puppy die within (48)hours of purchase the Purchaser must have an autopsy performed at Purchaser's expense to determine the cause of death. Puppy will be replaced only if the death was casued by an illness which the puppy had prior to time of sale, Provided a written letter from the Vet is obtained. The Seller assumes no responsiility of the puppy after it leaves the Premises, Medical expenses, travel expenses, Mortality, Disapproved Landlords, allergy to animal, disagreement of Family,skin fungus,hernia's,or for small children who may over handle puppy. The Purchaser is responable for returning expenses. There is No gurantee the size your puppy will grow,breeding or show ability.. Puppies are Sold as Pets Only. We reserve the right to price each puppy according to confirmation,sex,color,size,or pedigree. We reserve the right to sell or NOT to sell to any one for any reason. A Deposit is required of each puppy of $100 which is non-refundable and Non-Transferable.
