I Tim Morris, take a deposit of the amount stated above, on the puppy named above.
The deposit will hold or (reserve) the puppy until Pick up date and balance is paid in full.
That portion designated as deposit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. NO Cash Refunds. Deposits of $100
will hold puppies priced at $500 or Less. Deposits of $200 will hold puppies priced above $500.
Should the puppy become ill or develope life threaten problem before leaving the premises of the Seller. Then the buyer
can pick a replacement puppy of equal value, first available. If you choose Not to pick another puppy then you lose the deposit you have put down. (We do not consider Hernias (common in Chins) to be life threaten, skin or parasites to be life
threaten. Please Do Your reasearch before you purchase a Chin. Pups have a 48 hour gurantee to be checked by a licensed Vet, to quality for replacement puppy. any thing life-threaten wrong the puppy will be replaced first available ,equal value .. Puppies will recieve firstvacinations and be D-wormed. All Puppies are sold as Pets with AKC or CKC Papers. There is NO Guarantee to SizeColor, Show ability, Breeding /reproduction ability,or temperment.
The Seller reserves the right to sell or not to sell to anyone for any reason.
Should the buyer postpone or delay pick-up, delievery or shippment there will be a service
charge for boarding of $5 per day and any additional Vaccinations are $10. If the buyer fails to complete the purchase
of their puppy they will lose their deposit.The Seller will not be responsible for any Vet bills,Shipping or Travel expenses. *Puppies shipped* (at age 8 to 12 weeks) must have a health certifate and will be checked by a liscensed Vet. Price
of Shipping is not included with price of puppy. The Buyer is responsible for Shipping Cost (health certifiate,Air Fare,Crate, rabies shot if needed, and a small fee for Gas expense traveling to vet and Air port). Buyer must be available
to receive shippment of puppy at any given time. Shipping requirements (temperature must be between 45 to 70
degrees) Seller will not be responsible for delays, Cancellations, over booked Flights due to the Air Lines. We Mainly
ship with Delta Cost Total averages $250. This contract is not transferable.
The Purchaser has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them.
