It provides quality Lasallian education to the youth in a culturally and religiously diversed society of Iligan and Northern Mindanao.
La Salle Academy upholds the core values of Faith in God, Zeal for Service and Communion in Mission. It aims to produce graduates who are academically competent,
socially concerned, globally competitive, disciplined and compassionate men and women.
LASALLIAN VALUES
St. John Baptist de La Salle heard the call from God in the cries of the poor and abandoned youth.
In association with those who shared his concern and commitment, he foundd the Institute of the
Brothers of the Christian Schools for the specific of giving a human and Christian education to these youth.
As each encounters the consolations and the challanges of the day-to-day tasks as educators and members of the Lasallian community,
there is a great need to connect with something meaning-filled. All efforts towards success will only be misplaced if in the end, it does not lead
to a deepening og one's humanity. The Lasallian Values are essential to deepen the Lasallain spirituality and reflect on the life and writings of De La Salle.
The Lasallian values provide basis for curriculum development. Thus, they are incorporated into the school's curriculum, programs and activities.
An assessment tool has been drawn up to ensure that the students internalize these values and reflect them in their behavior.
