P O E T R Y
INVISIBLE

Do you sense with your own eye
And through the hell weighed lie
Forced down by all the owners of
The ties that bind your knees
All this potential and these
Passive, vindictive aggressors
Without forward perception
The heart will only seize

The mental messenger disquised
Small and blind
The self-inflicted prize
For what you've failed to find
Invisible

Animosity, inginuity
A craft for what you burn
A cage of maddened purity
Attack with what you've learned
To end up no where at all
The beginning of the fall
Misdirection everywhere
Invisible to all

Look up this new invention
It comes without attention
And an infinite reflection
A bit closer, this direction
There to time for correction
Regardless of inspection
Any way, it's all free
Just listen closely here to me

The wait seems like another forever
Across this spectrum fleeting
Restated and back into never
More is needed to be
Choking back your echo
Feigned in state of dreaming
The clock face growing old
This death cannot kill me

Now is the greater new instant
Now just lying in the distance

The messenger arrives, aside
Eyes open wide
Deny the selfish prize
For ever I can still find
Invisible
