Shakeout Machine

This is a highly efficient shake out machine which employ a vibrating motor to produce sharp impeach and vibrating to the mold to separate sand from castings and flasks, to ultimately reduce unpleasant noise and minimize mechanical breakdown. After pouring and cooling, a flask is handled by a roller conveyor or crane onto the grate where the sand will be rapidly shaken off from castings and flash to enable labor saving and improvement of working environment.
