This device is an air-tight, ram, jolt type of sand-mold moulding machine. Its structure comprises of a jolt device, squeeze head, flap hopper, and pattern carrier. The casting sand will provide approximately the quantity of one mold of sand through the conveyor to the flap hopper. At the same time, being driven by the cylinder, the empty sand container which comes from the flasks separating device will move onto the pattern carrier. While the roller lift CY will be activator to descend to allow the empty sand container to be placed onto the pattern to connect with its positioning pin, so as to ensure the precision position of the sand container and the pattern. Then, open the valve of the hopper of fixed volume of casting sand to enable the casting sand to fall into the empty sand container to activate the jolt device to further enable the smooth filling of the casting sand in the sand container by jolting. Each and every particle of sand at the lateral side of the pattern is being jolted to increase fluidity. Push the squeeze head towards the sand container for positioning. Then, activate the squeeze CY inside the jolt device to cause the jolt table to elevate, so that it will squeeze against the squeeze head. At the same time, enable ram (jolt-ram) to activate to allow the casting sand to be hardened by jolting. After the completion of the activation of the jolt-ram, the squeeze CY will descend to its original point. When the draw roller lift CY is elevating to squeeze against the sane container. The vibrator will also be activated to enable the sand mold to be entirely separated from the pattern. At this, the sand mold is placed firmly on the draw roller lifter, and it will be further driven by the propeller to the second stage of processing, and thus complete one cycles of the motion of molding.
