(1) Easy Shrimps Stir-fried
Ingredients

16 shrimps
2 red chilli padi, sliced
1/4 yellow onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 green onion, cut into 2 inches length

Sauces
--------
1 Tbp. dark soy sauce
Sprinkle of Japanese rice wine
1 Tsp. sugar
salt to taste


Methods

1.  Heat oil in wok, when hot, add in onion, garlic and chilli padi.  Fried until fragrant, add in shrimps.  Stir well until shrimps are cooked or pink, add in the sauces and green onion, mixed well.  Serve hot.
