What are your expectations here? To have fun. I�ve been here a week and stayed so busy and done so many things. There�s still two more weeks to go. I don�t know what else there is to do, but apparently there�s still stuff to do. I�m just having fun and enjoying every second of it. Because when it�s over I want to have as many memories of it as I can. Have you participated in pageants before? Yes I was at Miss Teen USA 2003. The Presentation Show is coming up, what do you think is your strength? Evening gown. I love evening gown, I love my gown, I love that it�s white. I love the way I feel in it. I think everyone here loves evening gown. I also enjoy swimsuit because I�ve worked hard for it for a while. It�s kind of like me showing off my hard work. It�s also nerve wreaking because you�re in front of these people in a bikini in high heels on stage. Tell me something that no one has asked you, but you really want other people to know. I love food. I love birthday cake. You�re probably on a diet here. So what is something you�ve had that you really shouldn�t of? We went to a candy factory in Ocean City. I had a chocolate covered strawberry, taffy. We�ve stayed so busy that we kind of learned we can cheat a little more because we�re going all day long. We�re burning calories all day long so it�s kinda like you can have half a piece of chocolate cake once in a while. So it�s fine, you gotta keep your sanity. Why should you be the next Miss USA? Because I�m completely ready for it and I want it. I would absolutely love to be Miss USA. I would put everything I have into it. I�m in a point in my life right now where I�m not really sure where I want to be or what I want to be doing. I know i kind of what to get into modeling and acting and showbiz. I now Miss USA would be a huge stepping stone for that and get my foot in the door. There�s so many opportunities with that. I�m so ready in my life right no to dedicate a year to Miss USA. What is your ideal man like? I�m going to have to give you characteristics of my boyfriend. I focus a lot on personality and it doesn�t always have to be what is on the outside to me. Or how much money they have in their pocket. I want him to be kind and I think you judge a man by how he treats his mother. I think it�s a good way to judge it. And someone who is supportive because I have a lot of goals and a lot of dreams. I want someone who is willing to encourage me and have some goals and dreams of their own. What are some of your goals and dreams besides Miss USA? Being successful with my education. Also pursing modeling and acting. I love to cook and hope to one day open a restaurant. It would be a big challenge for me and I hope I can overcome it. What is your best dish? I�m a country girl, so I cook a lot of country food.
