How many pageants have you done and when did you start? I started doing pageants when I was 16 years old but just small fairs and festivals type pageants. This is actually the first time I did Miss North Carolina USA pageant. What are your expectations here? Just to do the best I can do. Whatever is in store for me is in store for me. I'm just trying to be all that I can be. Have fun. The Presentation Show is coming up, what do you think is your strength and weakness. For the Presentation show, my strength will probably be my gown because it's gorgeous. It's like an emerald green and old, lacy overlay. Gorgeous. My weakness would probably be the water on the stage. I'm scared to death my train is going to fall in the water and my dress isn't going to flow. Who do you think is your fiercest competitor here? I think everybody needs to watch everybody. There�s so many gorgeous girls. Everybody has a great attitude and its lots of fun. It�ll be an interesting year. What have you gained from this experience? It takes a lot of confidence to come in to this brand new world. Where you have 50 gorgeous girls who have gorgeous bodies and we�re all intelligent, sophisticated, and we�re all going to be successful.
