| This year's All Church Retreat was held in Ben Lomand in the beautiful setting of Mt. Cross. Approximately 40+ church members and friends heard keynote speaker, Tim Leung, approach the topic of Joy In Service, which was the third part of our church theme Live The Life. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Mary, and our Praise Team, led us in worship on Saturday morning and, as an inter-generational project, we made bread. We gathered into 6 teams with youths and seniors together. We mixed, kneaded, and decorated our fresh dough. It was interesting to learn from each other. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Each team was proud of their special creations as they packed them away to let them rise before baking. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| After the bread was baked, and after our afternoon workshop, we all adjourned to the garden patio area where we used the bread as part of an Agape Feast. There was so much tasty bread that some participants even had a chance to bring some home. For those that could not be at the retreat, Rev. Cheng bought bread back to share at Sunday worship. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Adults and seniors played a very important part of our retreat. Their attendance helped to truly make this event an All Church Retreat. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Those that stayed for the Saturday evening message, and the Sunday morning worship, enjoyed the dynamic presentation by Tim Leung. He brought music and style to the rest of the retreat and it was enjoyed by all. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
