Allan's Thoughts 10/15/06

1. On Friday, Susan spoke to an intimate crowd of 6 people. This Friday, Ben will be speaking. Rumor has it that cookies will be provided. Food has been guaranteed by Nathan, but on Ben's behalf.

2. Today I witnessed to a 6th grader. It's been awhile since I've witnessed.

3. I also reffed a championship game. I have no idea what the teams were, but I recognized faces from math camp.

4. Today, Brenda told us some jokes. For example, what is brown and sticky? A Stick! It took me awhile to get it. In fact, it wasn't until I was sitting on the can at 7:00PM that I got it. I tend to do my best thinking on the can.

5. Lastly, today was the first annual CBC Olympics. Kenny and I took many pictures. There were five events. I do not have the official standings or results, but all I know is that I am last and left with a purple toenail because I cannot properly kick a soccerball. I also have the weakest arm ever and cannot jump for long distances. I am out of the running for next week's physical events. I will, however, participate in the Sudoku challenge and Bible Game event. Ben and Roger are also listed as day-to-day due to their participation in the 100 and 800 meter dashes.
