The society is a non-profit organization of Chinese-American artists, musicians, sculptors and calligraphers headquartered in New York City. Currently, we have more than 50 members throughout the country, in New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Miami.

All our members are professionals, many of whom have auctioned their work on Christie's and Sotheby's and served as professors in China and America. We have a very selective membership, but every year our ranks are nevertheless growing.

We hold at least one group exhibition annually, which is often reported in newspapers and on television and attended by audiences of hundreds. Since the society began in July 1999, we have received grants from New York state and city art programs as well as corporate sponsors such as JP Morgan Chase Manhattan.
