To keep your chins' cage area clean, paper clip a towel around the sides of the cage. Tuck the towel into the base of the cage to channel everything into the bottom.
If your chin chews on its water bottle, place an empty soup can with both ends cut off, around the bottle. Make sure to sand down sharp edges.
To keep your chin's hay clean, put it in a wire silverware container and mount this to the wall with clothespins. The chin should be able to pull the hay out or put its head in to munch.
