Let's Get Down To Brass Tacks
I find it almost necesary to write something about the price of this, and tattooes in general.  When someone shows you a tattoo of theirs, all you really think to ask is:

Where did you get it?
Did it hurt?
Why did you get it?
and
Should I get one, do you think?

But few people actually ask about price.  Then they go in to get one and are blown away.  The place I went was priced very well.  My tattoo is 3.5" long and at the tallest point is 1", there is beautiful shading, and not a lot of detail.  This cost me $125 dollars, but as you increase any one of the aforementioned criteria, the price goes up.  Conversely, if you decrease any of them, the price goes down, generally.  But it depends on where you go, some places would have charged me $200 for this one.  Great Southern has tattooes that cost in excess of $1400 dollars, but the sky is the limit with prices, as it is with the artwork itself.
There really isn't much to say about the prices.  Tattooes aren't cheap, but they certainly can be worth it.  Now go forth with this newly absorbed information and either tell the world, or just be prepared to pay the bill.
