Tour
Cost Changed as follow
If
application is received before May 24, 2002, the all-inclusive tour cost
is Can$4,988.00
If
application is received after May
24, 2002,
the all-inclusive
tour cost is
Can$5,138.00
Payment
Initial
deposit of Can$500.00 with the Registration Form.
Final
payment of the total balance on or before August 3, 2002.
Non-Refund and Non-Payment
Initial
deposit of Can$500.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE after payment unless
poor health certified by a licensed Physician before July 2, 2002.
If
the total tour cost is not received by Chartwell Travel & Tours by
August 4, 2002 , the application and reservation are mull & void of
non-payment and the deposit is forfeited.
Warning of Itinerary Arrangements
All
matters of the tour are pre-arranged and agreed by the China Travel
Service and/or other agencies and government authorities, which reserve
the right to make alterations and adjustments when necessary. The
Organizers and the travel Agents has NO control whatsoever and are NOT
responsible for any changes in arrangements in China.
Tour Features

Pre-departure dinner & briefing, approximately 2 weeks prior to
departure.

Air transportation international & local as stated in the
itinerary.
·
All airport taxes and the new Canadian Security Taxes.
·
All Land tours are in deluxe motor coaches throughout the trip.

Train rides if any are 1st class and with soft-seat
deluxe coaches.

4-star or the same
level hotel accommodation based on double/twin occupancy including service
charge and local
government taxes.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner-3 meals a day.
·
Traditional meals and/or special arranged meals in each city.
·
Visit fine arts & handicraft centres in each city.
·
English & Chinese language guides and attentive transfers
between airports and hotels.
·
All tour guide and driver gratuities.
·
Additional Cruise gratuities of US$8.00 per day.
·
Transfer ONE piece of baggage up to 20 kg including portage &
gratuities.
Tour DOES NOT include
:
1.
Fees for passport, visa and all other related travel documents.
2.
Trip cancellation, health, medical and other personal insurance.
3.
Meals not specified and other personal meals.
4.
Beverages, wines and liquors are not included in regular menu.
5.
Laundry and valet individual services and tipping for such
services.
6.
Telephone, fax-local or long distance, e-mail and other
communication charges.
7.
Any excess baggage charges.
8.
Any other items of purely personal nature.
9.
Anything that is not specified above.
Projected Extra Costs
Visa
fees to China $50.00.
Gratuities
for tour guides/escorts & bus drivers are included.
Hong
Kong hotel room is not included. If stay in a hotel, the bus
transportation to the airport is included.
