This is a form of "lithograph" called (I hope I spell this right)"Artellio"(Italian). I did this in El'paso.
A fellow artist got me to try this method and this is what come of it!Eddie is a out-rider at the race track "sunland park" in new mexico.This fellow is a cowboy right from the 18oo's in the 90's.He dresses in colorfull cowboy chaps and boots and all of his tac is done with mexican knots.You have to see his bridles!!He is also a celiberty of sorts in texas doing t.v and comercials.He also goes up to the New Mexico mountians and breeds his ponys and writes cowboy poety!!
I stll have the synic plate it will ware out after so many runs in the printer,so I am editioning only 250.Because it is done with the old printing press each print will come out in it's own special way,so there all almost originals only difference is in paper and ink(I plan to do this picture in different types of colored paper and ink.)
