We're back! And here's our story!

The Los Angeles premiere of The Year That Trembled was an incredible movie staring our favorite man, Jonathan Brandis. It was based on the book of the same name written by Scott Lax. Though it is his first book, it now holds a place on our list of favorite reads. As members of TO2B--a rare active fan site for Jonathan Brandis--It was our duty to journey to L.A, but more importantly, we saw it more as a pleasure.

This road trip was a dream of mine and of Ginger's that by the grace of God we were able to fulfil. It was a wonderful experience I would never take back, and the memories only grow sweeter with time. Through all the pain, tiring hours of traveling by car and airplane, the waiting, the anticipation, the premier, in the end it all came down to worth. We both agree it was worth it even though we were upset about not getting to spend more time with Jonathan Brandis. With one dream down, I'm saving money to move to L.A before Ginger kicks my butt there. It's nice to have support from friends. :o)
Here are a few pictures from our trip, and our reviews--which are also posted at TO2B. Enjoy our gathered momentos from our few moments of fame as very novice Paparazzi's. ^_^ And the rest of the trip.

After Jonathan's death in 2003, I wrote two songs: "Pieces of You" was written late in November a couple weeks after I found out and was still very hard in the throws of grief. "Paper" was written last April 13th.
I still don't know why I've reacted so strongly to his death--like I've lost the most important person in my life. I met him 60 days before he died. There are many regrets to that night that I still hold. Maybe if I had just looked a little harder...
I miss him more than any words can say, and my life has never, and will never be the same.
