Chapter 13: A Trapped Decision
Cara had tried to figure out what to do from the vision that she saw a couple days ago, dealing Giovanni and what he was going to use to catch her with.
Cara had made decision before, but this was the hardest yet and she didn't know what to do. The only part of her decision was not to tell Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew. For if Cara had told them, she thought, that one way or another something would go wrong and that they would either escape or get caught. That was the one thing that Cara did not want. TO BE CAPTURED AGAIN.
The one thing that Cara could do was to travel in the opposite direction to where they put the machine.
As Cara tried to decide how to deal with this latest threat from TR, it was upsetting her so much that Cara was starting to get ill from it that she was getting stomach troubles from it.
Cara had to rest for a while as her stomach was hurting her, Mewtwo went up to her and asked, ["Are you alright? Is there something I can do for you?"]
Although Mewtwo didn't know what was bothering Cara, he knew something was wrong and that it was causing her some problems. As Mewtwo knew, he hoped that Cara would tell him, sooner or later. Because Cara had did it before and didn't tell them about the sore that caused the fever and all the trouble before.
Cara looked at Mewtwo and said "No. I will be fine. I just need to rest. It is something you don't need to worry about. I am going to get some water to drink and then we will continue own our journey."
Cara walked for some distance to find a stream or creek to get a drink and to fill her water bag. It took some time, but eventually she found a stream.
As Cara took a drink from the stream, She felt something, as though someone or something was watching her. So Cara looked around and saw nothing. Cara then continued to drink when a thought came into her mind, Cara again looked and in the far distance she saw something, Cara didn't know if it was a person or something else. She tried to see what it was, but to no avail. It then somehow communicated to Cara and Cara didn't know what to think of it. It was then that something else flashed into her mind and Cara looked in the water, touched her cheeks, and then Cara knew what she had to do.
Cara then looked around to thank whoever or whatever it was, only to find out that it had disappeared. Cara then silently said thank you to whoever or whatever had helped her and then heard a laugh that was similar to Mew, only Cara knew where Mew is and Cara knew that he didn't follow her. Then Cara lightly chuckled to herself, having a feeling that she would eventually find out whom or what had helped her.
After getting her drink and filling up her water bag Cara went back to Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew.
Mewtwo had noticed that Cara seemed different. Like a great weight had been lifted over her shoulder, but if he knows Cara sooner or later she will tell them what she is doing on, he hoped. It seemed that to Mewtwo that Cara has a lot more confidence in doing something, only time will tell as to what Cara was going to do.
Cara knew what she had to do. Although now she had to figure out a way to get Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew away from her and to keep them away until she had destroyed the machines.
It was then that Cara asked quietly were there was some cabin or other like building. It was then that Cara found a cabin and as she went in, Cara said, "I think that we should stay here for a few days and rest up after all that has happened to us."
The three Pokemon nodded their heads. Especially Raichu until Cara went to Stone Town to get a Thunder Stone, Raichu was a half transformed Pikachu, having some aspect of a Pikachu and a Raichu. As Brock and Prof. Oak had said it is better to fully transform Pika-Raichu so that there will be no problem with his health, physical or otherwise.
Cara was sad that Pikachu got caught when the Elemental Stones started giving their energies, partially transforming him into a Raichu, but now Raichu is a lot better, knowing that it was partially his fault in the transformation, but it still took some time to adjust to his new body after several days as a half transformed Pika-Raichu.
Also during that time Cara had helped Pika-Raichu, by sending out a calming presence to him.
So what happened to all of them it was the best decision to find a place to stay for a while. It also helped Cara figured out what to do in order to destroy that machine and how to not let Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew follow her.
The first Cara wanted to do was to get some rest so that she'd have the energy to do the latest battle with TR.
After a good night sleep, Cara got ready to do her morning exercise. Mewtwo had noticed that Cara had had stepped up her exercise a bit and asked ["Why are you doing this? Your exercise have never been this strong."]
Cara answered, "So far we have been fairly lucky with the battles with TR, but I thought that maybe if not the next time, some time after that we won't be so lucky. So I thought that I should step up my exercise."
Mewtwo nodded at what Cara had said, although he thought that Cara hadn't given him all the answer, so Mewtwo would have to wait and see.
After Cara had did her exercises, she had her breakfast along with the drink and bar that Brock had given her.
The rest of the day went more or less the same way, which was until the evening. Cara told Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew that she was going for a little walk and should be back soon. So Cara went on with her walk and after a few minutes or so found comfortable spot and sat down.
As Cara went out for her walk, after a moment or two Raichu decided to follow her, it was then that Mewtwo said ["I don't think that you should follow her, something is on her mind and we have to wait and see if she will tell us, what is going on. So give some time alone."]
Raichu nodded...
Mewtwo then said ["Cara will tell us when she is ready."]
Mew replied, <<"If she is going to tell us, remember with that scratch she had, she didn't tell us and we had to find out by ourselves what had happened.">>
Raichu and Mewtwo nodded...
After she was finished Cara came back and got ready to go to sleep and to prepare to what was going to happen.
Somewhere else in the Pokemon World...
Giovanni was happy that the latest project was ready and hopefully soon that the recapture of 'The Project' was close at hand.
After checking that all was ready, Giovanni pushed a few buttons and the half-dozen or more floating cameras near the two robots hummed to life. He then pushed a few more buttons and a console lit up. Giovanni then looked at the screen and said, "Ah, Prof. Sage everything is ready. I am now setting up the link between the cameras and our consoles, so that we can see the recapture of 'The Project' or the Pokemon that are traveling with, especially Mewtwo."
Although Giovanni hoped that they could capture the Mew that was traveling her as well. Giovanni knew more than likely that if one of them were captured the others would surrender. He had hoped that he was right.
Prof. Sage nodded and replied "With the modification that I did, if 'The Project' tries to do two or three different attacks on it, the special robots counter it so that 'The Project' can't escape. So all we have to do is wait and see."
Giovanni nodded and gave a sly chuckle and said, "I will make sure that all the cameras are recording so we can see everything if something goes wrong."
Although Giovanni and Prof. Sage thought that would never happen.
It was than that Giovanni thought of something and asked, "How is your other 'Project' going?"
Prof. Sage answered "It almost done. I should have it done in a day or two in time when 'The Project' is captured."
Both Prof. Sage and Giovanni looked at the two robots and thought after all this time they are so close to recapturing 'The Project' again.
The next day...
Cara had done her morning exercises and was now eating her breakfast. The one thing that was on her mind was who or what was it that communicated to her. After thinking for a while Cara finished her breakfast.
The next few day Cara had her meals and did her exercise as usual and in the evening Cara would leave Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew alone for a while.
As before Raichu and Mew would wonder what Cara was doing, although Mewtwo thought he knew what Cara was doing, he to still wondered and look at Raichu and Mew and said ["Whatever Cara is doing it is important for her to do. So we should just wait and see, sooner or later we will find out what she is doing."]
Raichu and Mew both nodded in agreement...
Raichu then said, <<"Although I think it will be later than sooner and when it is almost to late.">>
Mewtwo thought for a moment and then nodded in agreement...
Cara was finally ready for her next battle with TR and she knew that Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew can't follow her so Cara went to bed a little earlier than usual, so that Cara could do something in the morning, although the trio didn't know that Cara had went to sleep earlier and went to sleep at the usual time.
Early the next morning...
Cara got up and got ready to make sure that Raichu Mewtwo and Mew didn't know that she had left until it was too late in the day to know. So Cara then started so that they would sleep for a long time. Cara first started with Sleep Powder, then Sing, and then finally Hypnosis. Cara hoped that Hypnosis worked on Mewtwo and Mew, because Hypnosis is a Psychic Attack and both Mewtwo and Mew are Psychic Pokemon. After she was finished Cara put a note on the door and left Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew.
Cara knew where the robots where and it would take her sometime to get to them. So Cara prepared to for Phase 2 to deal with TR.
Cara remembered what she did a day or two after they found the cabin that Cara did something with Mewtwo.
Flashback a day or two after finding the cabin...
Cara went to Mewtwo and she said, "Mewtwo, I want you to come with me."
Mewtwo was puzzled at what Cara had said and he asked ["Why do you want me to follow you?"]
Cara replied "I just want to have some time with you alone."
After a while Cara found a big enough clearing for Cara and Mewtwo to run in.
After getting into the clearing, Cara said "Mewtwo chase after me."
Mewtwo started to get up in the air, when Cara said "On your two feet. What I want to do is, as long as we can do it, is a game of Tag."
Mewtwo looked at Cara and asked ["What is Tag?"]
Cara answered "Tag is were one person tries to touch another while the other tries to stay away until that person or Pokemon is Tagged and then the person or Pokemon does the exact same thing."
Because Mewtwo either walk or flew to get away from TR or any else that chased him it took awhile to get running. Once Mewtwo got use to running, the game of Tag went on.
After a while Mewtwo said ["I didn't know how hard to play Tag is to do. The rules are simple, but doing it isn't. When did you learn 'Tag'?"]
Cara replied "I learned Tag with the other kids, although after a while I played Tag with the Pokemon. Some of the kids found out it were amusing. Although I had to tell the some of the Pokemon to take it easy, because all of us are not as strong as they are. I mean a Rattata and a Raticate could play Tag without hurting anyone too much, but a Mankey or a Primeape could hurt someone."
Cara went up to Mewtwo touched him and said "Tag, you're it."
Mewtwo then tried to Tag, Cara although Cara did do a few things to make it hard to Tag her (i.e. teleporting, running faster than Mewtwo and floating in the air.)
As the days went on Cara did regular exercise, as well a playing Tag with Mewtwo everything went smoothly.
If Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew knew what Cara was up to.
End of Flashback...
As Cara knew, she also almost wished that she had Ditto as one of her Pokemon abilities, although that was one of the Pokemon deemed one of the unnecessary or useless Pokemon. So Cara had to do the next best thing, Haunter. Haunter has the ability to created realistic illusions and Cara got real good at it so good that Cara had almost escaped using it only the collar gave her away. After taking a few steps from the building the collar gave Cara a jolt and making Cara lose her concentration and the illusion faded away, but this time what Cara was going to do is make her look like Mewtwo, once she is close enough to those robots and destroy them. If all went well Cara would return to Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew and they would not be the wiser as to what she did.
Somewhere else in the Pokemon world...
Giovanni had everything ready for the recapture of Cara. So he looked at the monitor were the two robots are and then saw everything was ready. All they could do is sit and wait.
One of the monitors beeped and Giovanni looked at it and saw Prof. Sage.
Prof. Sage talked into the intercom of the monitor and said, "I believe that this is the hardest part of the operation. The waiting. Although we haven't seen 'The Project', we hope that she will come into this place soon."
Giovanni nodded and then he said "How is your new list going and how far are you to completing your new project?"
Prof. Sage replied, "Once I find out all that I can and with your decision I think that the list will be complete soon. As for the other project I am about 50 or 60 percent done. One thing I like to request. Once the project is done I would like you to make some more, just in case, one of them is destroyed."
Giovanni thought for a moment and said, " I don't think that would be a problem I will have a few made and place a few of them stored in different places."
Giovanni and Prof. Sage continued their conversation about their future of "The Project" and themselves.
After awhile Giovanni got the latest report and so far no one has seen 'The Project' so it was a wait and see game to see when 'The Project' would come.
Cara took some time to make sure that she got the illusion perfect. So Cara went to a stream and looked at it and saw that she looked like Mewtwo. The only thing left to do was to run like Mewtwo as he did when Cara and himself played Tag. Using the water reflection and a few minutes Cara was running like Mewtwo. Now for the final phase of her plan.
Cara let the illusion fade away and then she got ready. Cara sat down on the ground, slowed her breath, and let herself calm down. As Cara let the meditation continue, she then saw what Giovanni was doing. Giovanni was talking to Prof. Sage on Video Intercom. As Cara continued to eavesdrop on them, Prof. Sage said "So where are the two robots?"
Giovanni answered were there were and also congratulated him so that if 'The Project' is captured nothing could be done if she tried to escape.
It was after that Cara slowly came out of the meditation. Cara was ready to destroy those robots.
So Cara then flew near were the two robots. Once she was near she did the illusion of Mewtwo and then let one of the Guards see her.
It wasn't too long when one of TR saw her and said "Look there is Mewtwo, 'The Project' has to be near by."
Then one of the TR members gave a hand signal saying to capture Mewtwo instead of 'The Project'.
Cara had seen the hand signal and moved away from them.
It was then that the monitor beeped and Giovanni pushed a button and said, "What is it?"
TR member replied, "We have just got a sighting of Mewtwo and we are looking for him. Should we also look for 'The Project' or try to capture Mewtwo?"
Giovanni answered "I want Mewtwo captured, if he is caught 'The Project' will try to free him, but do remember that Mewtwo is a powerful Pokemon and I don't him or 'The Project' and any other Pokemon that are there hurt."
The TR member replied, "Yes sir, I understand. I will tell the others right away."
It was than Cara saw one of the men give another hand signal, so Cara thought they had made some hand signals so that they could communicate without speaking, So Cara decided to have some fun with them and then destroy the robots.
It took some time for one of the TR member to find Cara, when Cara looked at him, she saw that he was blinking and rubbing his eyes, So Cara read his mind and saw that her illusion wasn't stable and it some of it showed though. So Cara strengthened the illusion and then slammed him psychically backwards into a tree, and then went over to some other TR members and then went on a merry chase.
As Cara was letting them chase her, she saw what hand signal meant, so they tried to corral her towards the two robots, but because Cara knew about them, she had to try to stay away from until Cara could get a clear shot at destroying them.
There were a few times that Cara almost had a chance to destroying the robots, only a TR member or two were near by and though they were of TR, Cara didn't want to hurt them. So she had to let them chase her, as one member got close to her she would either teleport away or psychically fly away from them, it was that point as Cara was up on a tree limb looking down at them. That she saw that all or almost all of the TR members were beneath her, so Cara then teleported away from them and on to a clear path to the two robots.
As the others were scrambling to get back to capture Cara, although they thought it was Mewtwo they were chasing, Cara then started to run and then power up an attack to destroy the robots. Then it happen as she was in between the two robots something happen and instead of the robots getting destroy, Cara got caught by the robots and as the energy of the capture field coursed though Cara let out a scream and because Cara had lost her concentration and the illusion also vanished.
Everyone was cheering as one of the TR member contacted Giovanni.
TR #1 turned on the intercom and said "Giovanni, we have caught Mewtwo." Then he turned around and the said "No, we have caught 'The Project'. She must use an illusion to make her look like Mewtwo, so that she could destroy the robots. Although we haven't seen the Mewtwo or the other Pokemon that are traveling with her yet, but we will keep your eye open for them and capture them as well."
Giovanni replied, "Yes, although more than likely the Pokemon will surrender then let 'The Project' get hurt."
Giovanni then turned his attention to Prof. Sage and said, "After all this we have finally got 'The Project'."
All Giovanni got was silence...
Giovanni then shouted to Prof. Sage "After all this we have finally got 'The Project'."
Prof. Sage then said "Sorry, I am just looking at what 'The Project' is doing. Just after 'The Project' got caught it seems that she had slumped over, only I don't believe that 'The Project' would give up so readily."
Giovanni turned one of the cameras towards Cara and saw that her head was hanging low, but not all the way down. Giovanni then thought, "What is she doing?"
Giovanni would soon have his answer...
Mewtwo was the first to wake up. When he awoke he had a bit of a headache, So Mewtwo looked around and then proceeded to wake up Raichu and Mew.
Mewtwo said ["Come on, Wake up you two, I hope that Cara is not far away."]
Mew woke up and moaned first and said <<"What do you mean by that?">>
Mewtwo replied ["I mean I don't see Cara anywhere around here."]
Finally Raichu woke up and moaned and said <<"What had happened to us and where is Cara?">>
Mewtwo sighed a mushroom cloud and said ["I don't know where Cara and although I think I know what she'd did do to us."]
It was then a faint glow came over Mewtwo and then Mew did the same thing and then Mewtwo said ["I think that Cara had made us sleep longer than we usually do and here is the proof."]
Mewtwo picked up some powder and Raichu sniffed at it and then promptly fell asleep.
After a few minutes Raichu awoke and Mewtwo said ["What you just sniffed at was Sleep Powder. Although that alone would not make us sleep that long."] Then Mewtwo remember that Cara could do several different types of attacks so after a while Mewtwo said ["I believe that with the Sleep Powder, Cara might have used Sing and Hypnosis on us to make us sleep this long. As to why we will figured it out."]
It was then that Mew noticed the note on the door and showed to Mewtwo.
After Mewtwo read it, he said ["Cara has gone away to do something and she would be should be back not too long from now. Although I think we should call out for her to be on the safe side."]
The trio went outside and said <<"Cara...">>
After a moment or two Mewtwo realized that he was doing the same thing as Raichu and Mew placing his hands near his mouth. Once Mewtwo realized that he was doing he stopped it and kept on calling for Cara.
After a few minutes Mewtwo said ["I guess that Cara isn't around here. We should stay in the cabin until she comes back."]
Back at the robots...
Cara had gone into a meditative state so she could do something else. It was then that one of the TR members noticed something. Slowly but surely at first one by one then increasing Pokemon were coming towards them. At first they didn't know what was going on, but as more and more Pokemon were coming they suddenly realized Cara was mentally calling any and all Pokemon in the area.
As Giovanni was watching the scene unfolding, his phone went off, Giovanni answered, "What is it?"
TR Member said "Sorry to disturbed you sir, but I think that 'The Project' is mentally calling any and all the Pokemon in the area. I will try to find out how many there are." The TR member tried to count, but kept losing count as more and more Pokemon kept on coming. After a moment or two he finally give up and said "Sorry sir, but I can't there are too many to count, maybe somebody can help you at your end."
So Giovanni gave the order at one of his member and she said, "Ok, I will count so far how many Pokemon are in the area and how many are coming and how far there are coming from." But after a few moments or two, she replied, "I am sorry sir, but because so many Pokemon are coming, the computer can't handle it. At best I can tell you that there are more than 50, no, over 75 Pokemon coming in over a 1 or 2 mile radius and there is about the same amount in the area, although I can't be sure because of the increasing numbers. One thing that I can tell you sir, is that it looks like there is at least up to 10 or so Pokemon of each elemental type."
Giovanni looked at his TR member and she replied "Yes, you heard me right it looks like every elemental type of Pokemon is there. There is at least 10 of each, Normal type, Fire type, Water type, Electric type, Grass type, Ice type, Fighting type, Poison type, Ground type, Flying type, Psychic type, Bug type, Rock type, Ghost type, and Dragon type and I don't know what they are going to do. The only thing I can suggest is that all we can do is see and wait sir."
Giovanni nodded, only he was frustrated at what was happening so far, the only good thing that was happening was that the two robots were holding 'The Project'. The one is that almost nobody knew what was going on with Cara as more and more Pokemon kept coming in. All the TR members knew is that some of the Pokemon were protecting Cara and it looked like the others were about to do some attacks.
The one thing that Cara knew was that now that she was in a meditative state is that Cara knew what was going on, with everything. The only problem was that bothered Cara was did she have the strength to do it.
The only thing that was on Giovanni's mind was once they know that they had caught and subdued Cara, they will have a field day catching all or most of the Pokemon that were there.
The only person that had any inkling as to what was going on, was Prof. Sage, as he intently watched as the scene was unfolding. The only other thing that interested Prof. Sage was that he thought he saw a glimpse of something on Cara's chest, but he wasn't sure. So as he did a few things Prof. Sage watched and waited to see what would happen.
It was then to almost everyone's surprise that something did happen.
Meanwhile at the cabin...
Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew were waiting for Cara, when they all felt something and Mewtwo said [Now we know where Cara is."]
As the trio went Mewtwo ran as Raichu and Mew followed, they also saw many other Pokemon as they went along.
It was then that Mewtwo said ["Raichu Mew, I think it is better if I take us to Cara, so Raichu I am going to lift you up and then we will get to Cara."]
Mewtwo psychically lift up Raichu and then got a hold of Mew and in an instance the trio flew towards Cara.
As Prof. Sage looked at the viewer he waited to get some results with what believed that something happened to Cara, but he still had to wait to found out for sure and as he waited Prof. Sage thought, <"What is taking so long with that tape that I gave them?">
As Prof. Sage watched and waited, he then turned the monitor to Giovanni and said "Sir, I may have something for you, although I don't know if you will like it or not, once I get the results. I will tell you as soon as possible." And then turned the monitor back on Cara.
Giovanni didn't hear all what Prof. Sage had said, but continually watched at what Cara and the Pokemon were doing. Then he noticed it happen. The Pokemon attacked the robots. The Fire Type Pokemon attacked as Cara unleashed her Water Type Pokemon power.
Giovanni then got hold of Prof. Sage and asked, "What is going on?"
Prof. Sage replied "You don't need to worry, what 'The Project' is doing is trying to break the barrier that the robots and as you know well it will take something extraordinary in order to either break the barrier and/or the robots. So don't worry 'The Project' isn't going anywhere."
Although Giovanni wasn't too worried, he could see the multitude of Pokemon and what they were doing. Some of Pokemon were in taking turns attacking the robots and the others were protecting Cara. The one thing that was on Giovanni's mind was after Cara had been subdued and captured, if not all, any of the Pokemon that were there to be captured. It was then that Giovanni saw a glimpse of something that would make his day. Although he had to wait, Giovanni thought he had seen Mewtwo and he knew if Mewtwo was coming that Pikachu and Mew would not be far behind. The one is that Giovanni didn't know that Pikachu had been in an accident and had been evolved into a Raichu.
The TR members had their hands full as they tried to get close to Cara, only to be block by several different Pokemon. When one of the TR members got close a Beedrill, a Rattata, a Raticate, a Diglett, or a Dugtrio would attack them. So what they tried was to capture them only to meet up with the same results.
It was then that they saw Mewtwo coming, followed by Mew, but they couldn't find the Pikachu coming by, the only thing that they saw was a Raichu.
As Raichu Mew and Mewtwo came up to the robots, they saw what they looked like. Although it was somewhat humanoid in appearance you could tell that they were robots. The torso of the robots was a thick triangular in shape with a singular eye in the center of it body. The legs were also thick and came out in a tripod configuration. The eyes from both projected a beam that generated the force field and in the middle of the force field was Cara.
Raichu looked at the robots and said <<"What is that and what is Cara doing?">>
Mewtwo replied ["That is a robot that has Cara trapped in a force field and it looks like Cara is using her natural born abilities to mentally communicate to the Pokemon to do two things, one, to defend her and two, to attack those monstrosities were Cara is also doing the same thing only using the exact opposites of what attack is being used."] It was then that the Fire Pokemon attacked at the robots and the force field, while Cara used a water attack.
It was then that Raichu did an electric attack as Cara did the exact opposites.
It was then that Cara sent a message for the Psychic Pokemon, including Mewtwo and Mew. As it happened back where one of the TR members gave out a cry of surprise as the monitors reacted to the overload when Mewtwo and Mew attacked the robots.
Giovanni turned around and asked, "What had happened?"
The TR member looked at Giovanni and she answered "Just bit of an overload. The time around all the Psychic Pokemon attacked the robots; it also included Mewtwo and Mew. I had forgotten and didn't realize how Mewtwo powerful is. I will be careful Sir."
It was then that Cara stopped to have a break and to rethink on breaking this force field. All the Pokemon watched and waited to see what to do next.
It was then that Prof. Sage finally got the results, that something else happened. The one thing on Prof. Sage's mind was to get hold of Giovanni, only if he could get to tell him.
It was then that everyone noticed that the Pokemon had stopped attacking, the only ones that where doing anything were the ones protecting Cara.
It was then that some of the TR members noticed that Mewtwo and Mew had picked up their heads a bit and then both nodded and attacked the robots with their strongest attack and at full level.
The TR member who was monitoring what was going on screamed as the feedback from the attack coursed the robots and other machinery causing her to fall back a bit in her chair.
Giovanni heard her screamed and turned around to see her getting back to her usual position and then he said out loud "WHAT IS GOING ON?"
The Girl replied, "I am sorry, it just another overload and it just startled me. I will get back to work."
Giovanni looked at her and said "I believe that the those two robots could handle anything, so all we have to is wait and then 'The Project' will be back with us again."
The only Giovanni didn't know was Cara was preparing to something that almost nobody knew, the only person that could tell anyone was Prof. Sage and at that moment he was tied up at the moment and I do mean literally tied up. Prof Sage was caught up in a mess of cables that somehow came loose as he tried to contact Giovanni.
As the other watched and waited, they could see that Cara was going though something and that was all they could do.
It was then Prof. Sage was able to contact Giovanni he was sharply cut off.
Prof. Sage tried a couple times more to tell them what was about to happen. Only to be cut off abruptly.
One way or another Prof. Sage knew that he would have to tell what is going on and what has happened to 'The Project', but so far he wasn't going anywhere, he knew that if he didn't tell them soon it would be too late.
As he looked at the monitors that was recording everything that was going on as the two robots held Cara. Prof. Sage had saw it before and he could see if he didn't speak soon, the consequence the other was going to be great and many TR members are going to be hurt.
Giovanni was wondering what was going on. Since Cara had been caught in the two robots, he saw that Cara had slumped over a bit. The one thing that almost no one had noticed was that Cara brainwaves had changed and that her breathing and heart rate had also changed, but the robots hadn't done the one thing that Giovanni wanted to subdue Cara, but at the time Giovanni wasn't to worried and he knew that sooner or later that the robots.
The only one who knew what was going on was Prof. Sage as he remembered the time that he did decided to monitor what was going on will Cara was in a meditative state.
Flashback to Cara's exercise several days after the Machop operation...
Prof. Sage had approached Cara with some equipment just as she was about to do some meditation with her one of her instructors, one that was teaching her was a former student of Koga, only now he was working with TR. Cara tried to back away from Prof. Sage only to be shown the control device and Cara allowed to have the equipment put on her.
What Prof. Sage found out was valuable. He didn't know that information would be helping him now.
End of Flashback...
After a two or three tries he finally got through to Giovanni and shouted "GET EVERYONE AWAY FROM THOSE ROBOTS, SOMETHING IS GOING TO HAPPENED."
Giovanni wondered what he was talking about, when he saw what was happening on the monitor. Nobody saw what he looked although somebody saw what he looked at after all that had happened and Giovanni had a very pale face when it was all finished.
It was then that almost all of the TR members had moved a fair distance away from the robots. It was then that all the Pokemon had given each of their particular attack. (I.E. Grass Pokemon, Grass Attack; Water Pokemon, Water Attack; Psychic Pokemon, Psychic Attack: Ect.)
Giovanni looked at Prof Sage and said, "I thought you said that the robots could handle several different attacks. So what is going on?"
Prof. Sage replied, "I said that the robots could handle 2 or 3 different attacks not from a dozen or so different attacks.
Because of the enormous amount of energy that was traveling through the robots the TR member didn't even have time to scream as the computer had exploded causing several shard to imbed in her face and chest. Luckily for her there was no permanent injuries. Giovanni was also surprised when the some of the other computers had exploded.
Giovanni looked at Prof. Sage and Prof Sage told him some other development that he had found out.
Giovanni replied, "So that is why we couldn't find the Pikachu, because it had been evolved into a Raichu. So how did this happen?"
Prof. Sage could not give any explanation as to how it happen and only time will tell.
Meanwhile back at the robots...
As the Pokemon had been giving their attacks the robots still kept the force field only after a moment or two the robots started to shake and a bit longer the two exploded.
Mewtwo went in and caught Cara as she was falling and she said, silently, "Thank you."
It was then that a glow came over the area and the next that happen that TR had noticed was that Cara and most of the Pokemon was gone. The only thing that TR could do was tried to catch any of the remaining Pokemon that were there.
What Mewtwo had done was, he teleported TR away from them and not the other way around.
Mewtwo looked as the Pokemon started to leave and when all of the were gone, he went up to Cara and said ["I know that I should be angry with you not letting us on what was happening, but if I am right you were trying to protect us and you hoped you would destroyed those robots and get back to us without knowing what had happened. The one thing is how did you find out about those robots?"]
Cara nodded...
Mewtwo went to Cara's backpack and got three things out and handed them to Cara. Cara eat the energy bar and drink that Brock had given them and then she drank a healing potion and then Mewtwo went over her to see if any there were any cuts or scratches and found a small scratch and treated it right away then Cara said, "You were right about what I was going to do only it backfired and I got caught in the force field. It was then that I did something, which I am still somewhat doing. I had found out a way to make a connection with Giovanni without him knowing. I have to go into a more meditative state and give Giovanni a surprise. Although Mewtwo I want you to help me as well."
After a moment or two Cara was in a complete meditative state and Mewtwo could see in Cara's mind what was going on.
Giovanni was almost close to losing his temper, when he felt something. He then realized something and he shout at everyone to get out.
Cara chuckled a bit and said {"Hi, Giovanni. I found a way to keep tabs on you. This is how I found out about your robots and maybe it helped me also get all those Pokemon."}
Giovanni gasped as he heard what Cara was saying and replied, "So you can see and hear what I am doing?"
Cara replied {"Yes, although once I am done almost done with you and your organization, I will sever the link between you and me. We don't something to go wrong while we are still connected."}
Giovanni gulped and nodded his head...
It was then that Cara broke off the link between herself and Giovanni.
Cara got up, looked at Raichu, Mewtwo and Mew and said "Let get out of here."
Back to Giovanni...
Giovanni was the last to get out of the building, he looked at them and he could tell what his TR member had saw, it was then that the building shuddered a bit and then exploded. What had happen been Cara had Mewtwo teleported some Voltorbs and Electrode to the building and to use their Selfdestruct to destroy the building.
It was then that Giovanni went up to his men and women and said "I am going to stay away from TR for awhile, so do as usually do and I will contact in a few days."
