Chapter 7: Taking a Chansey.
As Cara collapsed, Mewtwo went up to her and said quietly ["I know of a place that Giovanni won't find us, it is a week or so travel to it if we walk to it. Or we can cut the time if we fly."]
(What Mewtwo meant if they levitated it would cut the time by a few days.)
Cara nodded and the others left Giovanni on the floor, trembling.
Several hours later...
Giovanni finally regained his some of his composure so that he could get his cell phone back and call his helicopter to retrieved and then shut himself in his home for several days.
It was after getting not getting sleep for the last 5 days or so, because if Giovanni heard any noise he would wake up, the only thing that was with him was his Persian that tried his best to comfort and calm Giovanni. It was that Giovanni realized how he had forgotten how powerful Cara was, although he still thought of her as Project Pokemon Chimera. It was during that time Giovanni rethought of how Cara and her traveling companions could get captured. Then an idea came to him.
Giovanni realized that most of the time when his TR were trying to catch her and the Pokemon that were with her, it was with one or two members and in many cases it was either Cara or Mewtwo had stopped them. Even though the reward was more than sufficient for one or two people, if it was divided between four or more members the amount would not be enough to set them up for life.
The next day...
When Giovanni was seen in his office many of his members were surprised to see him about. There were many rumors going around what Cara had done to Giovanni including that she turned him into a idiot, had him in a body cast, made it a way that he couldn't speak, and made him into a paraplegic and many others. Too numerous to mention.
Giovanni told him what had happened and that he is changing the reward the same amount of money per person and only to catch her and any or all of the Pokemon that are with her, if they know that they are absolutely can succeed in catching her and to tell everyone, but James, Jessie and Meowth. Giovanni knowing those three bunglers if they tried to catch couldn't catch cold and hadn't caught anything, since they tried to catch Ash's Pikachu and they still haven't caught that Pikachu either.
Many of the TR members thought that they could catch Cara and give it a try, but a lot of them thought about it and decided not to catch her, because of what Giovanni had told them.
Somewhere else in the Pokemon world...
James, Jessie and Meowth all sneezed.
"I wondered what that was all about." Asked Jessie.
James replied, "I think somebody was talking about us, but who?"
"I think I know who." Meowth answered.
Then the trio had a shiver go up and down what they called a spine, and all said together, "I hope the Boss is thinking or saying something nice about us."
Back at the abandoned village...
Cara was getting ready to go to the next place. Cara stayed at the Pokemon Center for a few days to rest up.
As Cara picked up her backpack, she asked, "So where do you want to go next?"
Mewtwo replied, ["I would like to go to the Pokemon Center where that Chansey went, so that I can learn more about Pokemon First Aid. So if anything happened to you or you are unable to help at least I can help. I would like to know more. Then we can go to the place that I suggested afterwards."]
Cara nodded, remembering just a while ago how Mewtwo had helped Chansey with her eyes.
After phoning Professor Oak and finding out where the Chansey is, Cara and company went there.
It took several days to get to the Pokemon Center. As they entered the Pokemon Center, Chansey was happy to see them.
Nurse Joy turned round and said, "Can I help you?" Then she saw Cara. "Oh, it is you Cara, why are you here?"
Cara replied "I wanted to thank you for letting me have the food and medicine and the best thing that I can do is to help you here." Then Cara thought, <"...and for Mewtwo to fully learn how to do Pokemon First Aid.">
Nurse Joy looked something up and said, "Oh, I see that you had worked at another Pokemon Center and even helped a Eevee that some difficulties."
Cara nodded and wondered what that Eevee was doing.
Later on...
As Cara was starting to relax, Mewtwo asked, ["What was Nurse Joy talking about when she mentioned that you had helped an Eevee?"]
Cara replied, "Oh, right I hadn't told you about my adventure before I met up with you two, I had helped at a couple of Pokemon Centers and the Eevee, and although she wasn't seriously hurt, she was caught in an accident. Because of the overload of Pokemon in such a short time, the Eevee was given a once over and she almost didn't make it, if I wasn't there."
Mewtwo then asked, ["What happened to the Eevee?"]
Cara replied, "I had helped the Eevee and more than likely she was released back in the wild. Although it was touch and go for a while, but the birth of an Eevee egg was finally delivered."
Mewtwo replied, ["Why was the Eevee having trouble with the delivery?"]
Cara answered, "Nurse Joy had given the Eevee earlier a pain killer and that slowed down the delivery."
A bit later in the day...
Cara had helped Nurse Joy during the day and when Nurse Joy left her, Cara asked Chansey if she could teach Mewtwo everything she knew about Pokemon First Aid. Chansey nodded.
Early in the evening...
Nurse Joy was just looking around when she opened a door and let out a scream.
What she saw was Cara all haphazardly bandaged up, Pikachu cocking his head to the side; Mew was giggling like crazy, so much that he was floating upside down, and Mewtwo was also somewhat tangled up in the bandages and had a confused and agitated look on his face.
After Nurse Joy got her composure back, she asked, "What is going on here?"
Cara replied, "I had asked Chansey if she could teach this Mewtwo everything about Pokemon First Aid. If something happens to me or I am unable to help then Mewtwo could help."
Nurse Joy thought for a moment and saw the two other Pokemon and said, "I believe that you are right. Besides, your other Pokemon are not able to do Pokemon First Aid. Although they could help in retrieving items to help you or Mewtwo."
Cara nodded and said, "Mewtwo does know some First Aid, he helped Chansey by changing the bandages and giving the eye drops, when I got blinded."
Nurse Joy replied, "So this Pokemon knows how to do some Pokemon First Aid." Then she looked at Mewtwo and said, "So can you show me how to bandage her eyes?"
Mewtwo gave a grunt and nodded his head and took the gauze pads and bandages and quickly did Cara eyes up in no time at all.
Cara was surprised when Mewtwo gave a grunt and then thought, <"I guess Mewtwo is trying to say his name or at least something like that.">
After Mewtwo was done Nurse Joy said, "At least he is excellent at that."
Cara replied, "Mewtwo had a lot of practice doing it," then Mewtwo nodded his head at Nurse Joy.
Nurse Joy looked at Mewtwo and said, "Now that you know how to bandage her eyes, can you do the same thing with her hand and also remove the bandages from her eyes."
Mewtwo gave another grunt and nodded his head and did somewhat the same thing on Cara's hand, after removing the bandages from her eyes.
Nurse Joy looked at the bandages and said, "Mewtwo, you did it fairly well, all you need to do is to make it a bit tighter, like what you did with the bandages for her eyes. Now remove the bandages and try it again."
Mewtwo nodded and then tried it again.
After a few more tries, Mewtwo finally learnt how to properly bandage up Cara's hand.
As it was getting late, Nurse Joy told Cara that she should go to bed and go to sleep.
As Cara was getting ready to sleep, she looked at Mewtwo and said, "So you are trying to say something. The reason, I believe, is that you would like to say something rather than remaining silent."
Mewtwo, making sure that nobody was around, looked at Cara and replied, ["You are right, Pikachu can say his name in many different ways and Mew can say his name, but I can't. So, sooner or later I might be able to say something. Although I would prefer sooner than later."]
Cara thought for a moment and asked, "When you were at the other Pokemon Center, it seemed that you knew almost everything about First Aid, but now you seem to have lost some of what you had learned. Why is that?"
Mewtwo answered, ["I don't know. It feels like I had lost a bit of my memory of what I had been taught."]
Cara looked at Mewtwo and said, "I might be at fault. When I was mentioning all of the Pokemon in me to Giovanni, I could feel each and every one of its abilities and after I had finished I felt something else. I don't know what, but I thought I was going to cry; only it stopped almost as soon as it started. So whatever happened, hopefully we find out what it is and that in the near future you can say something as well."
Mewtwo replied, ["I hope so too. We better get some sleep."]
The next morning...
As Cara was getting ready to help Nurse Joy, Cara decided to take a stroll outside and get a bit of exercise.
As Cara took a few steps, she heard something. So Cara went towards the sound and then she saw it. The Pokemon Center was near the beach. Because Cara was so intent in getting to the Pokemon Center she didn't notice what was close by.
As Cara looked at the ocean, she breathed a sigh of relief and went back to the Pokemon Center.
"Nurse Joy, Nurse Joy. I didn't know that the Pokemon Center was so close to the ocean." Cara said.
Nurse Joy answered, "Oh yes, isn't it lovely out there. When it is not so busy, if you want, why don't you go out for a swim."
Cara blushed for a moment and said, "I don't have a swim suit. Do you know of a place were I can buy one?"
(Up until till then Cara didn't need a swim suit and nobody had given any to her during her journey.)
Nurse Joy nodded and told Cara were she could get a swimsuit in town.
In the afternoon...
Because Cara told Nurse Joy not to tell the Pikachu, Mewtwo and Mew what she had done, the trio were wondering what she was doing, especially after Cara came back with a shopping bag. So after many attempts after Cara closed the door, them trying to find out what she was doing were quickly crushed. After a while Cara came out of the room wearing a bathrobe and carrying a small tote bag.
As Cara, Pikachu, Mewtwo and Mew were heading towards the beach, the three Pokemon tried to get some answers. The only thing that they got from Cara was that they would see it once they got to the beach.
Cara took a beach towel out of the tote bag and then took off the robe and Pikachu, Mewtwo and Mew saw what she was wearing. A swimsuit that covered most of her torso. Cara chosen that swim suits because it covered up that markings on her back.
It was than that she saw that Pikachu, Mewtwo, and Mew staring at her and asked, "What - is something wrong? Do I have a tag or a rip somewhere?"
Cara then realized they were not staring at the swimsuit, they were staring at her, The swimsuit was showing all the curves on her body. Because of the Pokemon and the exercises that were given to her, it gave her a slight muscular body making Cara fill out nicely.
The swimsuit was a dark blue with yellow cord going around the shoulders, under the breast, and around the pelvis, accenting her firm, but trim body. The swimsuit also has a zipper and a high collar, also in yellow (the collar was yellow, not the zipper). If Cara had done up all the way it would be rather tight around her neck, so she closed it only part way.
Mewtwo shook his head and said, ["Sorry about that. I didn't realize how lovely you look. We have only seen you wearing slightly loose tops and pants until now. I am wondering why we are here at the beach?"]
Cara answered, "Since I have gotten away from Giovanni and Team Rocket, one aspect of my exercise I hadn't been able to do for some time, and that was swimming. Now that I can go swimming. I thought it would be a good time to go swimming."
Mewtwo thought for a moment and then remembered that Cara had a few Water-Type Pokemon in her.
After taking a few steps, Cara said to them, "Come on, the water's fine."
Mew was the first to follow Cara.
As Cara was swimming beneath the water, she saw Mew coming towards her. As he was coming closer, she noticed that Mew was in a bubble and followed Cara around.
Mewtwo picked up Pikachu and they both went into the water.
After a few minutes, Pikachu got used to the chill in the water, started to try to swim and in a short time, he did, after watching Cara swim.
Mewtwo also made a bubble and decided to follow Cara.
As Mewtwo and Mew looked at Cara, they could see how graceful she was in the water. Though every few minutes, Cara would have to come up for air. Although Cara could hold her breath longer than anyone else, Cara still needed to come up to breathe.
Pikachu was trying to keep up with Cara, but because Cara has a Dewgong in her, Cara could swim pretty fast.
It was when Cara decided to go back to the Pokemon Center, that Pikachu let loose an electric attack. Cara turned around and saw Mew hovering nearby Pikachu.
It was then Cara found out that Mew was close to Pikachu under the water, when he popped up in front of him, surprising Pikachu and causing him to do an electric attack; also because Pikachu was in the water, the water conducted the electricity around, zapping everyone nearby. The one who got the most of it was Mew. He got lightly singed on the outer edges.
Cara laughed a bit at Mew, while Mewtwo and then Cara were shaking off the effects of the Pikachu electric attack, and Pikachu was coming out of the water.
Cara then said, "I would be more careful when you are around Pikachu, or you may get shocked again."
The only reply that Cara got from Mew was a very sad and dejected, "Mew."
Cara then lightly sprayed Mew with water.
After she was done, Mew started to look more like himself.
When Cara and the others came back, Nurse Joy saw how they looked - the worst was Mew.
Nurse Joy asked, "What happened to you?"
Cara answered, "Mew scared Pikachu, causing him to shock all of us while we were still in the water. Mew was the closest to Pikachu. I got some water on him. But his hair is still a bit singed."
Nurse Joy tried to imagine what he could look like and than said, "I want to check on all of you to see if there are any after-effect of the shock."
As Nurse Joy was checking Mewtwo, Cara went and took a bath to get rid of the salt water on her skin. Chansey also helped by washing Cara's back.
Mew got more depressed as he was waiting for Nurse Joy to check him over.
When Cara came back, Nurse Joy told her that all the Pokemon were OK. Nurse Joy had treated Mew for the lightly singed fur, and said that by morning they should be fine and that she wanted to check to see if Cara was OK.
Cara looked at Nurse Joy and stammered a bit and said, "OK, but I don't think you will find anything wrong with me. I wasn't totally in the water, when Pikachu had that accident."
Cara had used recovery while she was taking the bath.
While Cara was taking the bath, she remembered what Professor Oak had said - that she could use Recovery, and Cara quipped and said that she could only do it up to a certain many times before it wouldn't help her anymore, but then Cara had another thought and she would have had to see if it could work out.
After checking Cara and finding that Cara wasn't suffering any of the effects of Pikachu's electric attack, Nurse Joy went to do her rounds.
Cara saw how depressed Mew was and she said, "Mew, what you did wasn't all entirely your fault, Pikachus can get surprised and in most cases will give off an electric attack. So next time be careful and remember this: Pikachu was a wild Pikachu when he decided to travel with me. So he is still learning about everything."
Pikachu nodded his head and said "Pikachu."
The one thing Cara didn't like was a sad or injured Pokemon. Cara had seen it too many times when she had to show how Pokemon Trainers have to train and treat their Pokemon. Luckily almost all of the Pokemon Trainers had listened to Cara.
It was shortly after that Cara had heard Pikachu and Mew talking to each other. Cara listened to the conversation and what she heard was Pikachu and Mew talking about what happened and what Mew should do next time around.
Cara smiled at that and decided to help Nurse Joy.
As the days went on Mewtwo was getting better at doing First Aid, especially with Nurse Joy helping him.
Cara would do her morning and evening exercises a fair distance from the Pokemon Center, and her afternoon exercises would be her and the Pokemon swimming and a bit of sunbathing.
At Giovanni's office...
Giovanni had sent a memo to almost all of the TR members about the reward for Cara and the Pokemon, the exception being Jessie, James and Meowth. The memo looked something like this: One: If one or more TR members catches 'The Project' each will get the same amount each. Two: If one or more TR members also catch any or all of the Pokemon that are with her they will receive an additional amount as well. Three: Unless you know for 1000% certain that you will be able to catch any or all of them, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO TRY IT.
As Giovanni thought back to what happened to him and why the 'Project Pokemon Chimera' hadn't told him how she had escaped. Giovanni got a shiver down his spine when he remembered what she did.
Giovanni was looking at the video files that he took, to see how Cara had escaped, and so far no luck. He also checked a few days back and saw that Cara had been planning it for some time now, well, at least for a week or so.
Giovanni also tried to see if the tapes could be fixed, also no luck so far.
Giovanni was also getting frustrated at the lack of finding Cara, although trying to find Cara by her flare-ups had become a problem, Giovanni thought that because Mewtwo and Mew were with Cara, it was more than likely that either or both of them are helping her controlling or dampening the flare-ups, and the only ones who could help her was at another place Giovanni had set up. The only problem was that since Cara had been kidnapped and her escape, no other children had been suited for 'The Project'. It was as though the Karma was preventing Giovanni and Team Rocket from having any more kids for 'The Project'.
The only thing is that Giovanni knew that Cara had to be somewhere and sooner or later one of his spies would find her. If he only knew where Cara was.
Back at the Pokemon Center...
Mewtwo's progress at learning Pokemon First Aid was going at a steady and quick pace. So much so that Nurse Joy commented that Mewtwo should know everything about Pokemon First Aid in no time.
That's when something happened for the first time, and Mewtwo said, "Mewtwo." as in a way to thank Nurse Joy. Until then Mewtwo was only able to grunt or something similar.
When Mewtwo said it, it sounded like a deep voice coming from his chest.
When Cara heard Mewtwo speak, she started to get a mix of emotions, so much so that she was getting dizzy and started to worry, because at that moment it was more than likely that she would lose control of her Pokemon Powers. It was then that she felt something on her shoulder. So she turned her head and saw Mew putting his paws on her shoulders and Cara let her emotions go, knowing that nothing surprising was going to happen.
Nurse Joy noticed what was happening and asked, "Are you all right? What is happening to you?"
Cara answered, "I was just going through a dizzy spell. It should be over in a minute or two."
Nurse Joy clapped her hands and said, "The lesson is over now and I want you to lie down until you feel better."
Nurse Joy went over to Cara gave her a hand, while Mew kept his paws on Cara. Eventually Cara was put on a bed and after a few minutes Cara was in an emotionally drained asleep.
Mewtwo stayed up as long as he could to make sure that Cara was OK.
The next day...
When Cara got up, she was still a bit tired and did a lighter workout than what she used to do.
After Cara had done some swimming, she got out of the water and lay down on her towel.
After several minutes Mewtwo came up to Cara and asked, ["What are you thinking of?"]
Cara replied, "It is that obvious that I am thinking of something."
Mewtwo nodded his head and said, ["I don't know what you are thinking of but I can feel what you are giving out."]
Cara replied, "Well I still have a problem with this gift that I was born with. Hopefully I can get better control of it sooner or later. Also I was thinking of Giovanni."
Mewtwo threw his head in disgust and replied, ["Why would you be thinking of him?"]
Cara got up from her stomach, turned around, sat up, bent her legs toward herself and answered, "If it weren't for him, we would never be here. He made us what we are."
Mewtwo thought for a moment and said, ["I guess you are right. Although I was created and you were had a series of operations to make you what you are."]
Cara nodded her head and said, "Also if it weren't for Giovanni and Team Rocket, we wouldn't have met. Now let me lie down and get some rest."
Mewtwo looked at Cara as she turned around and lay on her stomach and said, ["Also, I have been wondering why you have been doing as much of your exercise as you normally do?"]
Cara somewhat looked up and replied, "The emotional shock that I got last night has left me tired and I thought that I should take it easy for today."
Mewtwo left Cara alone and wondered why any of TR hadn't tried to get any of them since they had left Giovanni. It had been several days since they been here and nothing yet.
It was also during that time that Cara was thinking about Giovanni, as Mewtwo was leaving, that something happened. Mewtwo also noticed it as well and went up to Cara and asked, ["What is going on Cara?"]
Cara turned around, looked at Mewtwo and said, "For a brief moment, I knew what Giovanni was doing."
Mewtwo looked at Cara puzzled-like and asked, ["What do you mean and how did this happen?"]
Cara answered, "I mean I knew what Giovanni was thinking at that moment, and the only thing that I can think of is when I did that psychic-like link, sometime back, with him and now if I concentrate enough I might be able to get into Giovanni's head literally. What I got from him this time is that Giovanni has raised the stakes for the capture of you guys and me. For each person gets the same amount for me and extra monetary reward for any or all the Pokemon that are with me that get captured. Although with the extra incentive there, he had told all of TR with the exception of James Jessie and Meowth, that unless they know that they could do it, don't do it."
Mewtwo replied, ["You must have put a real scare in Giovanni for him to say that."]
Cara nodded...
Mewtwo then asked, ["I wonder if you concentrate just enough maybe you can find out what Giovanni is doing."]
Cara nodded and concentrated a bit more, and after a minute or so Cara stopped.
Mewtwo looked at Cara and asked, ["Why did you stop?"]
Cara answered, "It looks like it goes both ways, if I concentrate a bit too much Giovanni will also know what is going on as well. I think that I better not use that or Giovanni might sooner or later know where I am or something else."
Mewtwo nodded and looked at Pikachu and Mew playing in the water, seeing that Mew had learned his lesson and making sure not to shock Pikachu again. (Pun intended)
Mewtwo looked at Cara and decided to join Pikachu and Mew and played in the water. After awhile the trio got out of the water, knowing that they should go back to the Pokemon Center and get Cara so that they could get the salt water off them.
Mewtwo went to Cara and tried to wake up her up. Mewtwo couldn't wake Cara up. So he shook Cara. Pikachu went to Cara and shouted in her ear. After trying several times Pikachu, Mewtwo, and Mew couldn't wake Cara up.
Mewtwo looked at Cara and said, ["Cara must be still exhausted from last night, so I am going to get Nurse Joy to help her get back."] Pikachu and Mew both nodded.
When Mewtwo got to the Pokemon Center, the seawater had dried up and started to irritate his skin and Mewtwo wondered how Pikachu and Mew were doing, because they both had the same problem.
When Nurse Joy saw Mewtwo, she said "Hi, Mewtwo, where is Cara?"
Mewtwo motioned outside and started to scratch his skin.
Nurse Joy noticed what Mewtwo was doing and said, "You are not going anywhere until you get that washed off, or you are going to scratch yourself raw."
Mewtwo shook his head and said with some urgency in his voice. "Mewtwo, Mewtwo."
Why Mewtwo had some feelings in his voice was because Cara told Mewtwo earlier in the day, when he first spoke, that the tone that he had was flat, and asked Pikachu to say something and Mewtwo noticed how Pikachu had put some emotion in what he had said. With time and Cara's help, Mewtwo could eventually make it so that if a Pokemon were nearby they would understand what he is saying.
Nurse Joy would not take no for an answer and got Mewtwo washed right away.
When Nurse Joy got to Cara, she had first noticed that Pikachu and Mew where also scratching, because of the salt water, and then she saw Cara snoozing away.
Nurse Joy replied, "Cara must have been exhausted, from last night, to go back to sleep again."
The trio all nodded their heads, guessing that's what had happened.
Nurse Joy then replied, "I will be back in a minute or two."
When Nurse Joy came back, she had a stretcher with a two large buckets of water on it and said "I am going to rinse, if not all most of the salt water off you, Pikachu and Mew, then I am going to put Cara on this bed, I need you to help me, Mewtwo. When I am finished dousing Pikachu and Mew, I want you to carry those buckets. Okay?"
Mewtwo nodded his head...
Then Nurse Joy said, "After I get Cara back on a bed in the Pokemon Center, I am going to make sure that all the salt water is washed off. And make sure that you are both O.K. Especially you Mew, because from the way you look, you got a lot of salt water on you."
Mew nodded his head as he scratched himself.
Nurse Joy took one bucket and poured the water over Pikachu slowly and when Nurse Joy finished, Pikachu shook the water off.
Nurse Joy then proceeded to do the same with Mew as she did Pikachu; only Nurse Joy got a bigger shower from Mew than she did with Pikachu as Mew was floating in the air as he shook off the water.
After Nurse Joy got Cara on the stretcher, with Mew's help, everyone went back to the Pokemon Center and Pikachu and Mew got a through washing to get rid of the last of the salt water on them. Although Pikachu and Mew waited for Nurse Joy to come back because of how long the salt water was on them, them scratching themselves and the washing left them with irritated fur and skin, and Nurse Joy came back with some hair conditioner to help them smooth things out.
Mewtwo was watching over Cara as she slept and waited for her until she woke up.
It was about an hour or so when Cara woke up and yawned, stretched and said, "Hi, Mewtwo. Watching over me?"
Mewtwo replied, ["Yes I was. You look so peaceful when you are asleep. What had happened last night really took it out of you, for you to sleep a second time today."]
Cara replied, "It wasn't that. While you were playing in the water, I just wanted to keep getting some rest, that's when a Jigglypuff came up and sang to me and I fell asleep. In a way that Jigglypuff did me a favor - I feel a lot better than this morning. I guess it is true that a Jigglypuff song can help recharge anyone."
Mewtwo thought for a moment and said, ["If a Jigglypuff was around, why were we not ... aff..."]; it was then that Mewtwo realized what they were doing and said, ["...affected, because we were under the water and wouldn't have heard the Jigglypuff singing its song."]
Cara nodded and asked, "Mewtwo, how come all three of you had salt water on you? I mean you usually swim with that bubble surrounding you and Mew."
Mewtwo replied, ["Mew and I wanted to see what it is like to swim in the water without the bubble, if I knew that you were going to sleep Mew and I wouldn't have done it. Something else I have noticed is that you are not eating as much as you used to - why is that?"]
Mewtwo saw a picture in his mind and replied, ["What does a Bulbasaur have to do with it?"]
Cara smiled at him, and it was then Mewtwo realized and said, ["You have a Bulbasaur in you and a few other Grass Type Pokemon in you."]
Cara nodded and said "Remember, I have a Bulbasaur, an Ivysaur and a Venusaur in me and they don't have to eat, they can get their energy by the sun, so after I had done swimming I lay on my front and soaked up the sun and absorbed the energy from it. It helps me so I can eat more like a normal person - if I didn't my health would suffer."
Mewtwo replied, ["So when you are in a town or something, when you can, you will use this so you won't have to eat so much."]
Cara nodded...
It was during that time when Cara was with that link with Giovanni, that Giovanni saw something flash in his head. Although the image was brief what he saw was a beach and an ocean. Giovanni was wondering what was going on, and then he remembered that he saw Mewtwo in the image. Giovanni thought, <"What was that? 'The Project' has left me with some sort of link with her and if she does something like that again, I might find out where she is or maybe I can find her."> So Giovanni tried find out where she was, only getting no success.
So Giovanni pondered for a moment and then thought, <"It only works when 'The Project' is doing it, but if she does something I will also know."> Then Giovanni sent a message to everyone except for a certain trio to look for 'The Project' at any beach and ocean.
It was a few days later that Cara decided that it was a good time to get going and leave the Pokemon Center and going on a last swim before leaving. Mewtwo had learnt everything about Pokemon Fist Aid (Bandaging, applying ointments, giving medicine, etc.) and she thought about getting a good swim before leaving, and then proceeding to go 'New Island' as Mewtwo suggested beforehand.
It was during that time that something happened...
As Cara and Mew were swimming, Mewtwo heard something and decided to take a look, and suddenly Mewtwo came back grabbed Pikachu and hid in the nearby bushes, then Mewtwo said as quietly as possible, ["It is Team Rocket looking for Cara and if we are found out, they could use us to get to Cara."]
It was then that Pikachu motioned towards the beach and Mewtwo saw that Cara's blanket and other stuff were there, and Mewtwo looked in disgust and then he realized that he forgot to take those items off the beach.
Mewtwo then started to teleport the items to himself just before TR got to that area, and sighed a mushroom cloud as TR passed by.
As Cara and Mew were swimming under the water, Cara noticed something and asked a nearby Pokemon to check what was going on. Cara soon found out that TR was looking for her and then thought, <"I thought that when I broke off the connection with Giovanni that he didn't get anything. I guess I was wrong - he must have got something, probably not much or his henchmen wouldn't be looking for me. I hope that I can hold my breath until they leave.">
As time went on, Cara found out that it was getting harder to hold her breath and was starting to take in water and bubbles were coming up, then she saw that Mew was in his bubble and she did the same thing, but soon she realized that she was running out of air, Cara didn't know how to make the bubble work so that water wouldn't come in, but let air come though. It was then that Mew came forward and made his bubble bigger and encased Cara in it, so that Cara could breathe.
"Thanks Mew," Cara replied.
Mew replied, "Mew, mew, Mew, Mew,"
Pikachu and Mewtwo watched as TR was looking around. Mewtwo noticed some air bubbles on the surface and hoped that Cara didn't come to the surface soon.
After a several more tense minutes, Cara heard Mewtwo say. ["You can come up now. Team Rocket has left."], and wondered how Cara was able to stay in the water for so long.
After a moment or two, Mewtwo got his answer as Cara and Mew came up both encased in the bubble.
As Mew got close to the ground he let the bubble slowly disappear. As Cara finally got on the ground she coughed a bit and some water came out.
Mewtwo looked at Cara and asked, ["Are you all right?"]
Cara replied, "Yes, I will be in a few minutes. I had breathed a little water in me. If Mew hadn't helped me, more than likely I would have drowned. Give me a minute or two to recover and then we will go back and get my stuff and go to 'New Island'."
Cara went to Pokemon Center and left.

Author Notes.
No, it is not the Jigglypuff from the Anime show Pokemon, it is still following Ash and his friends on the Orange Islands. This is another Jigglypuff. Besides nobody mentions any marker ink marks on her face or body. I had changed Mew's personality a bit, so that he would know when to be innocent and when not to be. As time goes by Mew will become more understanding about humans and Pokemons. The one thing that will stay with his is child-like personality.
