| THE BLIGHT An ancient race that discovered the secret of immortality, but at an incredible cost. The Blight are something of vampires that must "possess" other species to survive. The Blight conquered Earth and would have soon enslaved the rest of the U.P. if not for the intervention of the Legion. The Blight were drove from U.P. space and their current whereabouts are unknown. |
| THE FATAL FIVE Members: Tharok (A brilliant cyborg) Mano ( A sadistic mutant whose touch disintegrates.) ,Persuader ( A brutal enforcer with an atomic axe that can slice though anything.) The Emerald Empress and the Emerald Eye ( A lethal assassin that controls and object of immense magical power.) Validus ( A mindless raging giant whose brain unleashes mental lightning.) The Fatal Five are a group of the 5 most wanted criminals in the galaxy. Ex- President Chu tricked the Legion in to forming the Fatal Five in order to help battle the bogus Sun-Eater. The fatal Five instead tried to kill the Legion and later helped Chu with her plans. The group, minus Mano but with the addition of the Emerald Eye of Ekron, later attempted to steal the Legion Outpost but were again defeated by the Legion. . Recently, the Legion foiled the group's attempt to free Tharok from prison. |

| MORDRU Mordru is a centuries old sorcerer that once controlled a galaxy-wide empire before a group of sorcerer's imprisoned him and ended his tyrannnical reign. Mordru escaped from his imprisonment and attempted to use his vast magical power to take over the U.P. The Legion defeated him after he left a wake of destruction across the U.P. He is currently entombed and under close watch. |
| UNIVERSO Universo is Sarmon Ardeen of Titan. He was born a mutant with vast mental powers. At a young age the authorities, fearing that his uncontrolled powers could cause havok, imprisoned him and kept him under constant surveilance. He escaped and calling himself Universo, he used the Titanet to amplify his powers and attempted to take over the universe. He was defeated by the Legion. He is Saturn Girl's cousin. |
| DARKSEID COMING SOON! |
| THE TIME TRAPPER A mysterious robed figure that appears to have some control over time. The Trapper has encountered the Legion on several occasions, trapping them in "pocket universes" of time and showing them alternate realities. It appears that the Trapper is trying to prepare the Legion for something but his/her true motives are unknown. |
