Ingredients:6 lbs. beef cubed or course ground
2 onions
6 minced jalapenos
2 cans beef bouillon
15 oz. can diced tomatoes
15 oz. can tomato sauce
4 Tbs. ancho chili powder
4 Tbs. chili powder
1 oz. cube semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbs. Mexican oregano
4 Tbs. cumin
6 cloves garlic
salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown meat. Saut� vegetables. Combine and add the remainder of the ingredients. Simmer 2-3 hours
