Haunted Family Throughout my lifetime I've had many paranormal experiences. As a child I could see and communicate with my Spirit Guide, Betty. Several of my siblings have had sightings of angels and ghosts/spirits, and my brother Jonathan actually experiences things continually. My family lives in an area called Jackson, grounds where Indian arrow heads have been found. Jonathan says that once at age nine he was in bed when he saw an army of Indians on horses charging toward him with arrows and shafts in their hands yelling and shouting. I've noticed little things that happened around our apartments, such as in our second one we would come home to all the doors being unlocked and wide open, but nothing was ever missing. Things moving to different shelves in the refrigerator within a matter of seconds. In our present apartment, the clocks have been changed back an hour, lights turn off, the baby's song toys turn on by themselves, and I hear someone coming home downstairs when nobody is there. I heard my cat's name being whispered right by my ear
I have felt someone touching me when nobody is around, once in the shower, once in the bathroom and once in bed. While our baby girl is sleeping I think I hear her laughing and playing but when I check on her she is sound asleep. One night I was almost asleep when I was startled awake by what sounded like a wet raspberry and my husband jumped up at the same time and wiped his cheek off then drifted back to sleep. I looked above us and could see a small shadowy wispy energy floating over my husband, and then float back over to the baby's cradle.
Both of our cats and the baby seem to notice and watch things that aren't there. Our small cat was aware of an unpleasant presence in the living room. She stood in the hallway with her tail fluffed out like a squirrel�s and crouched down low staring at this entity that was invading her territory. Hubby and I could feel the presence of whatever it was, the energy was high and tense.

Ghostly Conversations

When we were moving into our new house, my brother-in-law was helping us and he went into the bathroom. He came right back out stating he felt something weird and it spooked him. I started hearing voices within the house. It sounded like a man or maybe more than one carrying on a conversation. I cannot count the times between Oct. and Jan. that I went into the other room to turn the TV off and it wasn't on. One day I mentioned it i to my husband. He said he had been experiencing the same things and it was weird. He would be sitting at the computer and would hear "the TV" that wasn't on, or hear someone talking at the back door or outside the bedroom. No one is ever there.
July 29th, way up in the morning hours, I woke up to the voices of conversation. I knew it wasn't the TV, so I just laid there and tried to understand some of the words, but I never could. It is a definite conversation, definitely male voices, but we can never quite understand the words. The voices have never scared me or my husband.

Creepy Home
Ever since I was five years old I have had experiences with ghosts at my parent�s house. When I had the bedroom downstairs I would wake in the middle of the night hearing voices and think my father had fallen asleep with the TV or stereo on. I would go to the living room to find nothing on and nobody there. This happened five times a month. Several women have fallen down the stairs while pregnant and either miscarried or caused such severe deformity that doctors recommended abortion. There is one woman who will not step foot in the house again after two miscarriages, both following a fall down the stairs.
There is a woman, who often cooks toast at all different times of the day or night. Visitors and family alike will smell the toast briefly and then it is gone, nobody made any. You can briefly smell her perfume, sometimes strong and overpowering and sometimes light, and then it's gone. She has spoken to my father while he is in the bathroom, saying his name when nobody else was is in the house. He has felt what he thought was my mother coming to bed, but when reaching out to her she wasn't there. My mother has had somebody get into bed with her and pull her toes. She blames my dad immediately but when she opens her eyes the behavior doesn't cease and there is nobody there.
My brother and I don't like the upstairs bathroom, and we used to cover the key hole in the door with a towel draped over the knob. We would often hear the floor boards creak and stop at the bathroom door.
Doors slam shut or open, light switches go up and down, appliances turn off and on, and plugs have been pulled out of the sockets before our eyes (and once a visitor). The pets have watched movement which we cannot see. Once three cats were locked in our basement. There is no other way in or out, and not before or after had they ever even been in there. From the time I was three I refused to have any dolls in my room at night. They would move.

Haunted Flat
I have always felt a presence in our flat, but lately it has been acting up more so than usual. My son and his young friends have experienced sightings as well as feeling the presences. I have been told my haunting consists of a young girl, an old lady and a butler-type figure. I have on occasion witnessed this paranormal activity myself.

Haunted Bedroom
One day my little brother and I were playing video games in his room. We were home by ourselves, and we heard footsteps. We went around my house and looked but there was nothing. The footsteps continued and we kept checking to see if somebody had come home. Then the footsteps got closer and we decided to ignore it and stay in his room. We heard them pass his room and with the corner of my eye I saw something go into my room across the hall. It was like a shadow. We went into my room. It was freezing, unlike the rest of the house. We looked on my bed and there was a crease as if somebody was laying there. A lot of similar things happen to us, especially in my room. I have pictures of my room with orbs and weird forms in them.

Haunted Pantry

My grandparents live in a very old house and they have a cat and a dog. The dog has never been any were near the pantry since the first day they moved in. Apparently on the first day my grandma let the dog run around and explore the house and she saw the dog going into the pantry. As my grandma walked down the passageway to the pantry the dog came rushing up like it was running from something. My grandma couldn't see anything wrong. There was only an old rusted bathtub. She put the dog�s food in there and after two days the dog still hadn't eaten but the vet said there was nothing wrong. She moved the food bowl out of the pantry and he ate fine. Whenever the dog is near the pantry he panics. My grandmother heard footsteps going upstairs and heard the master bedroom door close. She thought it was my grandpa so she shouted up to ask what he was doing but to her surprise he was downstairs watching T.V.
My grandma insists the ghost is friendly and she tries to work with it not against it.

The house I live in is vary old. Ever since I was little I�ve been sensitive to the paranormal world. I�ve seen faces, mist, shadows, etc. My house has gotten scarier since I moved in. In my hallway right outside my brother�s door, there is a man that is always lying out in the hallway on his stomach. This man is white, he has brown wavy hair, brown eyes, he�s a little heavy set, he wares a red flannel plaid bottom up long sleeve shirt, and what were once Levi jeans before his lower legs were torn from his body. He tries to grab your ankles! I�ve felt the icy grip on my ankle. There is usually a gray mist that lingers in the dinning area and the living room. There is a black cat that haunts my house. It likes running into walls and disappearing. My mom told me that she was doing dishes before around 8 o�clock at night once and she could hear someone or something banging on what sounded like pipes right behind the sink wall. The only thing that�s behind that wall is the where the man lies.

Haunted room 04/21/2003 4:08AM
One night when I was sleeping I felt that some body was in my room. The next day when I was sleeping I saw a child who came near my bed and tried to come inside my blanket. I got up and switched on the lights but there was nothing. This process was repeating almost 25 days. I experienced different things. I was able to feel someone even in day time. One night two children came near my bed. I saw them clearly but I was not able to move or to speak. The two came near and held me very tightly. When I tried to speak with them they laughed, but the way they were laughing was not normal. I never heard any body laughing like that. This process was repeating every night. Sometimes I was able to see smoke coming inside my room from a window and then it shaped itself into a tall man with no particular shape. One night when I went to bed I heard some noise outside my room. It was hardly five minutes when some one came from the other side and pulled my legs so quickly and so fast that for three or four days I was not able to run. I took my friends to the room and when they entered it they told me that they could also feel that some one was inside the room.

I have lived 56 years now in haunted houses and I live in one now. We have experienced something push on our body and loud banging on the walls in my kitchen. One I night saw the full image of a man in a Civil War outfit standing in my front room. I have also noticed a woman, but she had only a bottom half. We have a dog who goes nuts barking at our recliner and then he will stand on his hinds legs and sniff the air and follow whatever it is until it's gone. Last night he was barking in the kitchen at my computer chair, when all of a sudden he yelped and ran into the front room and stopped to look back. I have smelled strong perfume, pipe smoke, cigar smoke, and flowers. Since no one smokes, I attribute it to our guests. Things has come up missing as well. We see shadow images walk pass our kitchen window as well. I have noticed cold spots by my chair and kitchen. I have taken loads of pictures but nothing came out on them. They were all blurred.

When I was around eleven years of age, around 1982, I had a friend named Jeff, whose house was haunted. We had all experienced cold spots and shivers etc in the house. The ghost was apparenty that of the previous tenant, and her name was Mrs. Hanson. We where in the living room when we heard coming from the master bedroom above us we a crash, like a heavy object being dropped. The following day, a blood red stain appeared in the ceiling right where we perceived the crash to have taken place. It remained there for years, until it was replaced with a suspended ceiling, and it was finally covered, until a day later when it appeared in exactly the same place. Ghostly Footsteps
It was late at night, and I when I started to hear footsteps moving around upstairs. It went on for a few minutes and I yelled out, "Please be quiet!" The footsteps stopped and I heard this little boom. Nothing happened for about two minutes, but then the footsteps from upstairs started up again, but this time they're a little louder. They moved to the stairway. I let it go on for a little while longer and then I yelled out "Be quiet!" again. There was a boom that was a little louder, and the footsteps stopped. But a little while later, the footsteps started again, and this time they were really loud, and they were going almost all the way down the stairs and back up again. I screamed out at the top of my lungs "Shut up!" There was this huge deafening boom that literally rattled the whole house. Nothing else happened that night.

Haunted House Back in 1992, I moved into a home in Coaldale PA. Our rocking chair would move all on it's own. In the middle of the night our TV would turn on so loud everyone would wake up. Our two dogs would stare and bark into the kitchen. When that happened we would all get a strange feeling and the hair on our arms would stand up. My sister woke me up one night, claiming she had seen a black figure standing at the bottom of her bed. In1997. My mother�s brother was killed. The night before his viewing, my mom got clothes together and while she was ironing them, the lights kept flickering, the iron's plug pulled out by itself, and one of our kitchen chairs flew across to the sink. Haunted House
A few years ago, I was moving into a small two bedroom house. My boyfriend told me to be careful because no one ever rented the place very long. After I moved in, I would put my infant daughter down for naps, I would return to check on her and find things like ropes and pillows around her neck or on her face. This would really upset me so I started taking naps with her. We would wake up to find the radio and TV turned on and all the cupboards open.
My family and friends did not like to visit me at my home because they always had an uneasy feeling of being watched. A cool draft that would drift over the house and corners would darken.I finally moved out when my daughter�s toys flew across the room by themselves. As we were washing out the shower stall, she and I both saw faces appear from the wall. About a year or two ago, I found out that around 14 years ago, a house had burned down killing a family of three. A mother, father and 3 year old son.
