Mama Still Takes Care of Me
by Shari D.
I was going through a three-year bout of depression. I was feeling terribly alone. I was sitting on my bed, crying, when I heard a voice in my head say, "Go to the top left-hand drawer of the dresser and pick up the first thing you see." I did. It was a letter from my mom, who had passed away over 10 years before. In it she said over and over again, "You are not alone." This was a letter I had forgotten about and had to do with something that happened a long time ago. It made me feel so much better.

Dads Visit
Submitted by Linda McDonald Williams
My husband Joe and I have had several paranormal experiences during our lives.
I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth. While bending over the sink, I had an uncontrollable urge to look into our living room. As I looked down our seven-foot hall to the living room, I saw a man walking from our living room into our kitchen. He was wearing a short-sleeved white shirt with dark trousers, and his head was slightly bent forward. I saw only the side view of the man. I walked to the bedroom and there sat my husband in a red shirt and jeans.
My father's work uniform was always a short-sleeved white shirt and dark trousers. A tall man at 64, he often walked with his head bent forward.
I walked into the kitchen and looked, but no one was there.

Grandmother's Ghost
When I was little my grandmother was having her Christmas and I was watching something on TV and some woman came over and asked me if I wanted something to eat. She had pointed glasses like they used to make them and gray curly hair. I didnt know her. I said I wanted some carrots and dip and she got it for me. Then she was gone. I told my grandmother what happened and she pulled out a picture of the woman that I saw and she said that the woman was her mother and she died when my mother was just a teenager

Daddy's Valentine's Day Visit
by Bremond F.
Two years ago, I lost my daddy. He was actually my grandfather, but raised me as his own. This past Valentine's Day, 2003, my husband and I bought our daughter a balloon bouquet, and had them sent to her at school. It featured a huge Mylar balloon in the center, and was surrounded by a rainbow of colorful latex balloons. That evening I was standing in the kitchen starting supper, and for some reason glanced down the hallway. From out of my daughter's room, the large Mylar balloon from her balloon bouquet, was coming down the hallway, moving as if the end of its string was in someone's hand. It floated along, past my husband and children in the living room, right to where I stood at the counter. The balloon dangled in the air in front of me. My husband said, "Okay, Melvin, we know it's you. Stop scaring us."
At that point the balloon reversed its course and floated right back down the hall to my daughter's room. We all followed it, and tried to figure out exactly how it got out of the center of the bouquet. Everything else was still tied tightly. We retied the balloon. The next morning, my son got up early to take a shower, when all the commotion broke loose. When my son pulled back the shower curtain to get into the shower, there floating in mid-air, was the Happy Valentine's Day Mylar balloon.

The Psychic Saw Him
by Laurie H.
I went to a psychic recently. During the session, she said that my mother, who had passed away several years prior, was "showing" her a little boy of about four years of age and who had platinum blond hair. The psychic said that she didn't know what my mother was trying to tell her/me, but my mother kept showing this image to her of my mother holding this little boy's hand. I wrote it down, as I always do with anything the psychic says that I don't understand at the moment. Ten months later I got a phone call from my sister that our cousin's son Matthew, age five, dropped dead on the sidewalk from a heart condition that had been diagnosed as non-life threatening. He had platinum blond hair. My take on this is that my mother must have wanted to convey to the boy's parents that he was with her. She and my cousins had been very close. There appeared to be no warning indicated in the message, just that she and he were together.
