The BT Tower is one of London's oldest skyscrapers, although technically it is not actually a skyscraper since it doesn't have constant floors all the way up the tower. It is an iconic building, which at the time of completion was a symbol of modern Britain. The top of the tower used to contain a revolving restaurant, but due to a bomb scare it was closed.
