http://wap.dream3r.com - This site (when accessed through your phone's internet (WAP) browser), allows you to download free wallpapers, polyphonic ringing tones, animations, java games and more. The downloads themselves are free, but you will have to pay the standard WAP charge.

http://tagtag.com - An excellent site, which allows you to download free ringtones, games and pictures. You can also build your own free WAP site online at www.tagtag.com
My site (http://www.geocities.com/chiendemere) can be accessed through a colour WAP browser. However, I do not recommend you to visit it if you've got little credit on your phone, as it is costly to view.
