| This tower, also set for The City, will complement the other two skyscrapers of th area, Swiss RE and Tower 42. Hopefully, work on the tower could commence next year, but we'll have to wait until the need for more office space picks up. | Richard Rogers, famous for designing London's Lloyd's building and the Millennium dome was asked to design a landmark tower for Paddington basin, as part of the general redevelopment of the area. This tower is likely to get built, but only when the demand for office space picks up again, possibly some time next year. |
