Housewife of the Week

Gossip (29-April-2007)
The moral of tonight's episode? Don't ever mess with Gabrielle Marquez or sleep with her exes. Edie told Gabrielle at her engagement party to Sleazy Sketchy slimeball (who wasn't present!) that she was boinking Carlos, and Gabrielle broke a glass in her hand. (Bree did think to send Gabrielle muffins from Switzerland that were still moist!) She then asked Susan and Lynette to stop talking to Edie. But when Edie bribed them with catering Travers' birthday party and autographing books, Gabielle was none too pleased until Carlos carried her off. Then Gabrielle got to gloat over the fact Carlos still loved her when she was obviously over him. Gabrielle, a woman not trying to screw over her ex would NEVER get engaged to Sleazy Sketchy Slimeball.

Elsewhere on Wisteria Lane
Susan needed anger management after kicking a guy, taking his keys and trying to decapitate him after he stole her parking space. The therapist made her realise that it was better to have one man and break the other's heart then to break both and have neither by not making a decision. So Susan made the right choice for the first time in her life and chose DASHING BRITISH BLOKE IAN. Of course, being the dashing bloke that he is, Dashing British Bloke Ian realised that Susan loved Dumbass Plumber just a little more, so he let her be. But Mike had already skipped town, leaving Susan's ass alone without a man. cackle with glee Er. Poor Susan. cackle with glee. Parker stuck up for Mrs. McClusky and encouraged her to tell the truth. And the truth was Mrs. McClusky walked in and found her husband had passed away, but his pension would go to his first wife instead of her. So she kept him in the freezer to collect the money. And Bratty Kayla told Tom that Lynette liked Assistant Manager Rick, so Tom surprised them at the restaurant and decided to go back to work. And the Hodge-Van De Kamp Drought continues.
