Who knew Lynette made Tom into the marrying kind? Tom and Lynette have consistently had the best relationship on the show, but after tonight? Uh oh. Tom hired his ex-girlfriend, who Lynette stole Tom from all those years ago, without informing Lynette. Lynette went to Edie, of all people, for advice. "If I feel threatened by another woman, I'd become her best friend." Lynette replied "But you have no women friends." "I've never been threatened by a woman before," Edie smirks. "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer." Lynette invited Annabelle Foster, named for the dog couple on General Hospital, for dinner and had her kids draw pictures of the perfect family. Tom caught on, and the two fought. "That's just something women tell their husbands," Lynette sniped. Tom got her back by saying she was driving him to leave her to prove her right. Uh oh.
Other Highlights Gabrielle acted very UnDivaLike and vomited in a sports car she wanted to buy. Felicia flashbacked to how Mrs. Huber found out about Angela/Mary Alice, Creepy Pharmacist George is back, Zach/Dana? set fire to Susan's kitchen and threw gravel in her face, Rex pushed Bree and CPGGeorge into the pool, Gabrielle gave Carlos a going away to jail party where she discovered Carlos had tampered with her birth control. I thought Gabby's reaction was tame to what I was expecting. Edie told Paul what she and Susan did in his house (sorry to disappoint any hetero male readers, but it wasn't lesbian sex. They were snooping for evidence.) Edie: "This party is just getting interesting." |
