| July 17th 2001 I would like to thank Larry for letting us use his office. I think the meeting went well. I also would like to welcome the new faces to the lease Mark, Carlos and Rick, We welcome the return of Ryan too. The next major project before the survey is we need to estimate the cost to fix the west end road. Ryan will be working on this we may also need to purchase a culvert and a backhoe along with the fill. The other major issue is to resolve the insurance problem. We need to get the cost of providing coverage to all the land owners for the duration of the deer season, I believe Keith and Ryan are going to be checking the cost of providing this, if anyone else has any ideas about this please let me know. The survey first weekend Scottie and Keith have agreed to take that one and Gene and I are taking the second everyone is welcome to come on these weekends if they want o help. Larry said he can make the third or fourth weekend and John can make them to. We do need to firm up those last two weekends. Thanks Guys Scott |
| July 21, 2001 We made a trip to the lease, keith, Ryan, Mark, Carlos, Rick and myself the only thing I can really say about that weekend is "It was hot". We were able to show the new guys the ranch and how to get in and out of the property . We did take time to check out the damage to the west end road, it appears to need a load of bull rock to fix it. I will be talking with Billy about what we can do. We were able to get some practice time in on the shooting range that was alot of fun thanks to Carlos & Rick. We also managed to hall some of the trash off at the camp thanks to Keith. We all were heading home by about 3:00 PM because of the 100 or so degree heat that day, but we had a great time sorry everyone couldn't be out there. Scott |

| July 27th I spoke with Billy and he said we could use the old rock pile to fix the road in the west end. He just wanted to make sure we did not take it below level. He also would like us to use some of it to fill the main road comming into his section. Ryan is checking on the cost of a backhoe for us, we will probably do this some time in September. Keith and I are working on a project to hydro blast the camp house we are haveing to rig pumps and barrel to get the water to the blaster from the well. We have not set a date for this but it will probly be the same week as the backhoe work. Scott |
